C & L Landscape was amazing to work with through the entire project from estimate to install. Leslie was a huge help planning the project with me and Tommie the project manager was on site to make sure the instalation of the sod set me up for successful growth. Pedro on the install team tuned my sprinkler system to make sure the sod received proper coverage and is watered timely. I have the absolutely nicest looking lawn in the neighborhood and the neighbors are noticing. I have received several complements.

C&L created a new backyard for us and I am very pleased with the results! George Jr was always very responsive with questions during the process. Tommy and Pedro did a great job with the sod and irrigation! We will be using their services again with the front yard when the time comes. Thanks C&L!!

From the first phone call until they drove away, everyone and everything was top shelf. George and Tommy explained everything before they started work, and while they were working. They showed us why our existing system was not designed properly, why we had the wrong sprinkler heads, and added heads where we needed them. We converted from a lake fed system to city water, added automatic valves and a controller, and they had us up and running in less than a day. Everything was done right the first time. We had a great experience with C&L Landscaping. I think you will too.

UPDATE: 2025 Front yard Project
For 2025, I decided, after some issues as a result of my lawn treatment company, that I would resod and add in some landscaping. Having used been pleased with the work done in 2023 by C & L Landscape, I offered them the opportunity to bid on my project. They were the most reliable, not the cheapest, and that is what matters most. Reputation and reliability, and so I opted to give them the project and am pleased with how it has turned out. Once again, I would 100% seek out this company for future projects should the need arise.

ORIGINAL - 2023 Backyard Project
C & L Landscape did not disappoint. Their quote came in a bit more than a few others I entertained, but I was more impressed with them than the others as well. Most of the time if you go with cheapest you get what you pay for. I could say 100% that if I had a choice to do it again, I would not change a thing. I waited one month and one week before providing my review just to be sure it would be honest, truthful, and accurate. the pictures below are the before (4) and one month and one week after (4) photos. It is truly night and day. I am completely satisfied and thankful that I made the right choice with C & L Landscape.

C & L exceeded our expectations. We are ecstatic. The landscapers were amazing and very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you, Leslie Smith for your professionalism and knowledge as well. Tommie, the project manager was a wealth of knowledge as well and came out a day before the landscapers to go over and access the project. We can’t thank you enough and are so proud of our new landscape. We just want to show it off to everyone. 😍

After several phone calls to other irrigation companies, and missed schedules with no follow up. I gave CNL a ring as a last ditch effort. Not only were the office staff outstanding, but the maintenance crew. Unbelievable, courtesy, professional and cold. The team arrived on time in 30 degree weather. I felt bad so we offered them hot coffee and or hot chocolate. They politely refused as they had work to do. They troubleshot the system, fixed the fault and debriefed us of the cause and repair. Outstanding team all around. You want to waste time, call the others. You want response, a professional team with amazing courtesy? Call the A team at CNL.

I couldn’t be more happy with my new backyard! C&L was professional, experienced, and reasonably priced. This is a family business that takes pride in what they do. I would hire them back in a heartbeat!

Our project involved leveling the ground on the side of our home around several stepping stones and two paver slabs.. The area was not level and we needed to step over uneven clumps of grass. We decided to fill the area with stone to eliminate the need for mowing and to improve the esthetics . George was promptly available for a quote. He was pleasant, informative and very professional. We received his quote timely and once again the introduction to the project manager was handled very professional. It was clear from the start that the team sent to do the job were very experienced and capable. Tommy the project manager and Pedro his assistant were very helpful in answering our questions and showed concern that the job meet our expectations. Without hesitation we would use C& L Landscaping again. We highly recommend them to anyone who work done.

I made a mess of my yard leading me to replace the entire yard with new sod. After four estimates I made a decision to go with C&L landscape who by the way was not the cheapest estimate! George’s initial presentation was that he was a no nonsense person and get things done properly. I asked for a specific time for the installation and C&L delivered! He said my yard would be graded, and the yard irrigation would be adjusted as needed and C&L delivered! My yard looks great, thanks to C&L entire staff! Money well spent!

It’s been two months since my sod installation and initial rating of C&L Landscape and felt that I should let everyone interested in there services know that I am absolutely elated with my yard. Thanks again George, Thomas and crew for the great work.1000% satisfied.

I could not be happier with the final outcome of my driveway. From start to finish the process was flawless. C&L delivered a professional personal plan for our needs and covered all basses. All our concerns and questions were met with instant solutions and different options that made process easy for us!!! I am so happy with my outcome that I will use C&L in the near future to install french drains on my property. As a Veteran I pay attention to detail and a I will say SO does C&L!!! I definitely recommend them if you want the job done right, professionally, and on time!!!!

C&L is not cheap—but they are absolutely worth the price. From start to finish, their quality, follow-up, and coordination were excellent. We couldn’t be more excited and thrilled with the beautiful piece of art that Leslie , Tommy, and their team helped make happen! We wanted to create a backyard plant privacy fence and they had a vision to really elevate the look in the backyard. Given their 40 years of experience, I put a lot of trust in their opinions and ideas about how to make this long hedge, what types of plants to use etc. As you can see in the pictures below it was perfectly executed and we are so happy with how beautiful it is. They were so helpful, kind, and communicative all the way through. I would highly recommend if you want quality work and experience. These guys know what they are doing and delivered a gift we will enjoy for many many years . Thank you guys!!

McDaniels did a WONDERFUL job on our entire yard. They have made our house look like a new home. I cannot say enough about how those guys worked hard and steady and got it all done in a day! My husband had open heart surgery earlier this year so the yard had not been touched in quite some time. Thank you guys for the Great Job!@

I had a great experience with this company. Justin and his team we’re knowledgeable and hard working. I walked them through the whole property and let them know what needed to be done and they had no problem with it at all. They were passionate and friendly. They made sure I knew what they were doing throughout the whole process so I wasn’t surprised with anything at the end. Never took any shortcuts and got everything I wanted done and I think the system works better than when it was first installed.
Justin and josh came out the first day to get almost everything done but my property is a little tricky and my system was very dated. They found an issue that was gonna take some more time and needed another day because he wanted to add a new clock to make everything match and work properly.
So they added two more guys the next day, mike and Adam and they were just as cool and hard working.
In all I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out and Justin gave me a very fair price considering the work that needed to be done.
Would recommend this company to anyone!!!

Justin and team did an amazing job with our yard! We had them plant some privacy plants and do some light tree trimming. The price was good and they were very helpful in working around our tight schedule. They even went beyond the scope of our original plan in order to make our yard look even better! I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Justin has helped us out twice now to get our yard in better shape before we sell and we are so appreciative for the work they put in! He's extremely responsive, he priced everything fairly, and did a fantastic job resodding the yard.

Communicative, fairly priced, absolutely no pressure to upsell services or commit to any kind of service schedule.

The amount of work and level of care that was achieved at the speed our work was completed made this well worth the cost. Will be using McDaniel's again in the future and highly recommend them for any lawn maintenance or cleanup.

Justin and his crew did a phenomenal job with my back and side yards, testing levels and soil samples before replacing what was entirely dirt with beautiful grass. They also completely revived my sprinkler system, moving and adding heads to ensure that my lawn is completely covered by irrigation. Their communication was great all throughout the project. I greatly appreciate the job they did!

Justin and his crew did a wonderful job resodding and landscaping our back yard. They were punctual and the communication for scheduling was the best we’ve experienced in recent years of various home projects. Justin helped decide on materials and a plan. When the weather caused delays, he initiated a plan to reschedule. I very much appreciate him following up with completing the sod work when the initial pallets that were delivered were not enough for the whole job. I recommend this crew highly!

Had a good experience. I received an estimate that was acceptable from some pictures I sent over. Raising my tree canopy and basic yard clean up. The crew arrived as promised and was able to complete service in half the estimated time. Great job!

Next time they weed ate everything out of my front bed and damaged my fence.

The third time they just didn't show up.
