Omar and his partner stopped their van on Interstate 10 here in Jax. on Wednesday morning directly behind me in the emergency lane. I had experienced a catastrophic back tire failure. They jumped out of their van and asked could they help and willingly began to change my exploded tire to the temporary doughnut which would allow me to get to a garage to get a new tire. They were AMAZING! Just like a NASCAR pit crew they had my flat tire off, and the temporary attached in less than 15 minutes. They were definitely "angels in disguise" because I HAD to get my sister to a Dr appt at Mayo Clinic. Without their assistance, we would have been stuck on the highway, and she would have surely missed a critical Dr appt related to het health.

Now.......here is the BEST part of this story! They REFUSED to accept ANY payment from me. I was flabbergasted! WHAT??? The stronger I insisted, the stronger they resisted. I then said PLEASE give me your business card...and they did.

So....my sister and I made it in time for her Dr appt at Mayo Clinic, thanks to them. With Omar's business card, we were able to do a little digging on the internet and discovered their mailing address. Today we mailed him a generous LOWES gift card thanking him and his partner for their time and trouble. They did NOT need to stop...but they did. They could have taken the money I offered, but they didn't.

So... while this review is NOT for the electrical services they have provided me; it is far more a testament to the ethical and moral fiber that is in Omar and his partner. If and when I need electrical or handyman services , you can BET...he and his company will be who I call! SOOOOO gratifying in this day and age to find selfless servants who do good....simply because they can! I will forever be grateful for their assistance!

Omar delivered on every expectation. He handled the permitting, inspections, coordinated with the utility company, and kept me fully informed of what's happening and what happens next.

I would highly recommend Omar, after consulting more than 10 companies, half of which promised to return my call and never did, the other half gave me an excessive quote, and the last company first told me that they would charge me $1200 for the work and when I scheduled the appointment they told me no, that I had misunderstood and that it would be $500 more than what their technician had already told me, finally I found Omar, very professional, he made time in his busy work day because I told him I was in a hurry, he arrived on time, fulfilled his duties in a timely manner, I was present while he performed his work, and at all times he behaved very professionally, he left everything perfectly installed and working and charged what was fair. Highly recommended
