After the initial meeting with Luigi it was only 2 short weeks before the work began.
Mike and Silas always showed up when they said they would, did an amazing job and cleaned up behind themselves before leaving for the day.
Michelle was a pleasure to talk with, answered any questions promptly, and was very good at explaining the whole process from beginning to end.
We have a better appreciation for the work that goes into resurfacing a pool after watching these guys in action. They don’t cut corners and stand behind their work.

We truly enjoyed working with Paragon Pools from start to finish on our renovation project. This included removal and installation of new tile, removal of waterfall and installation of new shelf, pebble finish, and new equipment.

The pictures speak for themselves and the experience we had working with Paragon backs it up. From the initial competitive quote, to site visit, and quality of work, Paragon performed at a high level. The team was highly communicative during the process, often asking for our perspective and opinion on some items. They answered my endless questions happily. They worked cleanly and it was a pleasure to have them working at the house. And the cherry on top, they are local to the Mandarin area.

Although we did see a couple expected hiccups a long the way, Paragon repositioned themselves to solve this issues quickly, ending in a stunning finished project. With anything, there is always room for improvement, but not much with Paragon. I would have appreciated progress reports at the end of each day but that is atypical for construction.

The subcontracted work with the pebble finisher ran smoothly, with everything else being done in-house and well at that.

Thank you to Casey, Eric, Michelle and team for making our vision come to life! We look forward to continuing our relationship with Paragon for any future pool needs.

After an unfortunate incident that turned out water green after stripping and resurfacing our pavers, Paragon worked to clear the water and restore the blue. Every method failed and they suggested acid washing the walls. They did an excellent job and kept me informed the whole way. We now have a perfect looking pool again! Thanks to Casey and the whole team!

Paragon Pools has been servicing my pool and keeping it sparkling clean for years (I think it's been 10+ years). The whole team is professional, courteous, and most importantly, they are dependable and do a great job.

The pool Reno was fabulous. It surpassed all my expectations. Five star for the pool only. The deck reno has proven to be not as good. It holds dirt and stains. I’ve scrubbed with soap and a brush and it still won’t come clean. I’ll need to get it done again at some point. Disappointing. Recommend the pool work but not the deck.

Paragon was amazing to work with!!! Their communication was precise through the entire resurfacing process. Everyone from the salesman Luigi to the office lead Michelle to Casey the owner were so professional. I put a considerable amount of research into many of our pool renovation companies. This company promises fair prices, quick service and open communications.
Paragon pools provided a quick response for pricing, a fair price, 3 week renovation turn around all just as promised. I would suggest if your looking for pool renovation I would give them a try our pool looks better than its ever has.

I don't usually leave reviews but the service I received from Paragon was exceptional. It started with the estimate process with Luigi. He listened to my concerns and shared good feedback, he was awesome. Pedro and Gustavo did the Demo and Tile. They were on time every day and worked until they ran out of daylight. My pool area was cleaned every day of debris, and the tile work was excellent. Tempool did the shell and it turned out beautifully. Mike did an awesome job converting my pool controller to Wi-Fi and getting all my equipment to function properly. Michelle always answered the phone pleasantly and took care of my concerns. Michelle is Awesome ! Casey is the Owner / Project Mgr. He was a pleasure to work with and made several trips to check on the construction. I would no issue at all recommending Paragon Pools to anyone needed to refurbish their pool.

The team delivered outstanding quality work. A year later, I'm still extremely pleased with what they've accomplished.
