They do everything right. Their rep answering the phone was efficient and polite, their technician called when arriving and then called with the issues I had with irrigation. Their pricing to fix the system was quite fair and completed when the technician was on the scene.

Haven was terrific. He explained things and quotes were fair and reasonable. Definitely a company I will work with in the future.

My irrigation system needed a check-up. I knew there were some broken heads and the coverage needed to be adjusted. Haven and Raymond did a full inspection of the system and gave me an estimate for the work. The price was fair and they did the repairs the same day. I will definitely call again in the future.

Had a sprinkler problem and called Andy’s for an appointment to have it repaired. Got an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived on time and were able to fix everything in a short amount of time. They checked the entire system while they were here and made sure everything was working correctly.

Technicians Haven and Raymond were punctual and very quick working. I had a big job, 18 sprinkler heads that hadn’t been serviced in over 8 years and they were done in a couple hours. They explained exactly what they recommended for tuning up and fixing my system even so far as walking me through head-by-head before and after the repair. The total cost was very affordable and less than what I feared the cost would be. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

So easy to book online receive quick responses and confirmation? I cannot tell you how happy I have been dealing with Andy‘s. I had an irrigation issue which involve valves and sprinkler heads and a little complicated because I knew very little about it. Received a reminder that night before via text, Another reminder that the technician was on his way in the morning, which included a picture of the technician Haven,, they arrived on time and ready to go and have us Monday morning, so that was great! They checked things out talk to me about the work gave me an estimate and spent a couple hours with me.

Haven was so knowledgeable about everything and I clearly understood even though I don’t know anything about it , what the issues were and what they needed to do, Haven and his co-worker Completed everything and got everything up and running in a timely manner.

I’ve had many workers through the years repair people, but I can honestly say this team was so professional, so on point and so knowledgeable I just can’t imagine “anyone calling anyone else for help with Irrigation issues”. I also felt the prices were in line with the services received.
Andy’s & Haven had me at booking and have me now forever . If anyone asks me, I definitely “got a guy”. !

Haven was great. He explained what needed to be done and went through all the zones to assure I understood the process going forward. They were professional and efficient and I highly recommend the company.

I made an appointment with these people for Thursday between one and three. Everything was set up through the Internet. They then sent me an email and change my appointment for two weeks out even though it had already been set. What a shitty company I can’t believe you’ve been in business for almost 40 years.

Today was the first time I ever used Andy's, I had a sprinkler issue and could not pinpoint the issue. Haven a technician with Andy's came out for the repair. He was very professional, very motivated, and courteous. Within minutes he determined the issue, located the problem and began correction, and tweeted the heads. Since they do a little bit of everything I think I see what they can do with Landscaping lighting

Haven, our technician, was very professional, polite, and thorough with our repair.
He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and quoted the price to make the repairs. He had the parts on hand and repaired our system quickly and with minimal damage to the yard. He demonstrated the functionality of the system and that it was working properly and answered any questions that I had. It was a very good experience.

Call Andy’s for any sprinkler, drainage, and/or lighting issues. I had an emergency irrigation leak one morning. I called Andy’s and within an hour Haven was at my house fixing it. He and the assistant Tech did an excellent job and finished replacing two broken pipes in an hour, at a very competitive cost. They were cordial and professional. Call Andy’s and request Haven - 5-stars, highly recommend!

I had an overall great experience with Andy’s sprinklers. Xfinity while digging a cord hit one of our pipes . They took it upon themselves to “fix “ it. Months later, here we are.

I called Andy’s and was greeted with the most joyful and kind disposition . I wish I would have caught his name. It was such a pleasure to chat and like he said he would, followed up with me the next day.

Raymond came out on time and did a full check of our system. After assessing, he didn’t have the correct pipes he would need for a same day job. As I was in no hurry, they came back within a day or two. Raymond fixed our cracked pipe and did a wonderful job. Explaining everything in the process. The communication, customer service and overall experience with Raymond was top notch.

Overall, I am very pleased with our experience and service. Raymond was great and so was the answering agent.

Prompt, got to work immediately and explained in detail what was about to take place and offered solutions. Haven’s crew was very respectful. I assume the pricing was reasonable. I prob didn’t expect it to be as much but it is what it is when installing a pool you have to cap sprinklers. Def recommend Andy’s.

Haven is a hard worker, genuine guy. Repaired my existing irrigation and extended to the backyard. Great experience. I was gone when they finished and he must’ve done a garage close/ sensor jump to get the house closed up before he left. And he has offered to come next week after hours for a system walkthrough. If you need any help with irrigation, this is the company, hands down.
