My control panel was not recognizing any of my sprinkler zones. Haven, our technician, was very professional and polite and quickly determined there was an issue with my control panel. He had the parts on hand and repaired our system quickly at a reasonable price. He demonstrated the functionality of the system and made adjustments to some of the heads for better yard coverage. He also answered any questions that I had. Great experience, highly recommend.

Paragon Pools services my pool locally in Jacksonville. They are wonderful to do business with. The pricing is fair, Michelle at the office is a pleasure to schedule with and quick to call back and answer questions. Dyllan the tech is personable, efficient, knowledgable and always has a smile. paragon Poole has been working on my pool all summer and still not done. the repair work is horrible. backyard a mess. new painted patio covered in marcite. and ruined my steps. Take this review as a favor to anyone looking to spend money with this company... 12,000.00 down the drain along with the summer swimming in my pool.

Fantastic company to work with for pool resurfacing/remodeling needs. My wife and I purchased a home with an older pool that needed resurfaced, re-tiled, and new equipment. After meeting with several companies, Paragon stood out the most. The owner, Casey, is on site almost every day the work is being completed and very communicative throughout the entire process. I would strongly recommend them to anybody looking to bring their pool back to life.

Alex came out and did exactly what was quoted. He was also very quiet that my dog didn’t even notice he was outside! Excellent job. The pool looks awesome and we cannot wait to swim.

We had our old outdated pool refinished by Paragon Pools. They did a great job by replacing the tile, rebuilding the glass spa waterfall, and refinishing the plaster. We are very happy.

Casey and his team did a great job resurfacing our pool and replacing our tiles. The entire process took less than 2 weeks. They had all materials lined up before starting so there were no delays at all. Before and after pictures posted. We chose midnight blue pool finish.

Casey, Silas, and the entire team at Paragon Pools were amazing to work with. They were constantly in touch with updates. The finished work is amazing.

I’ve used Paragon Pools for almost 10 years. They come weekly and if there’s an issue with the equipment they fix it. My pool is 19 years old, but it doesn’t really look like it. More recently I had to have a couple check valves replaced and a new salt generator installed. The repairs were done and. I’m happy with the work.

Paragon Pools did an awesome job with our pool remodeling. We had an older pool in bad shape and they made it look like it was new. They replaced the plaster, the tile, and even did the pool deck. We couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend Paragon Pools for Pool remodeling.

What an amazing Pool Company! Every week my pool is sparkling clean. Tim, my pool tech is always on time and does a great job. Today I had a new pump and filter system put in. Erik was on time and very professional. Michelle in the office is the best. She always has a great answer for all my questions. I have an older pool and anytime I need anything pool related, Paragon Pools can help me or recommend a specialist. Highly recommend!
