I've hired John multiple times over the last year. Each and every project has been priced fairly and completed on time. His quality of work is great. I expect to continue using John exclusively for all of my projects around the house. I highly recommend him.

John replaced our door going into the garage on our condo. As with most projects in older homes the job was a little more involved than expected. He calmly handled and resolved each snag he ran into. The door and frame look great and feel more solid than what he replaced. I would recommend Jacksonville Handyman, LLC to anyone one who has home repair or improvement needs. He arrived on time, finished on time, did a wonderful job and stayed within budget. Can't recommend him highly enough.

John was on time and did outstanding carpentry for me. He was quite professional and very kind. His work is above and beyond what I expected. When the job was finished he cleaned everything up. I've used John for all my home projects since purchasing my townhome is 2021. He's an honest man who shows up on time and does the job right.

He installed a ceiling fan on my patio, replaced all the ceiling fans inside my home, painted nearly the whole house, including tricky stairs with a high ceiling. He installed my camera doorbell, keypad doorlock, and replaced my dining room light fixture. I'm sure I missed something, but you get the idea.

Our golden retriever did what puppies do when he was a pup and chewed up some drywall, a few door frames, and some of our kitchen island. We called John out of the blue to fix it. We had never worked with John before, and he wasn't recommended by anyone we knew, but he had great reviews on Google, and his price seemed reasonable, so we figured why not? Google was right - great choice! John meticulously fixed it all. The door frames were replaced. The drywall is perfect. The paint is an exact match and was confusing to match because the rest of the house is painted a deceptively similar color. The kitchen island looked especially challenging because he basically had to mold wood filler and then sand little grooves into it to match the finish. Everything looks perfect - just like new and you'd never know that a puppy had a feast. He worked hard, and got it all done in a day. He was very professional throughout! We would definitely hire him again! If you're reading handyman reviews in the Jacksonville area, you can stop reading now - just hire John - you won't be disappointed.

We ended up having a leak in our air conditioner from the drain pipe in our attic. There were several spots where the drywall had to be completely taken out and replaced and then the knockdown texture reapplied. This is not something that’s easy to replicate, and John did a fantastic job. It looks like the leak never happened. He even came back and did some touch up after the fact, really stands by his work. He’s honest and transparent, pricing is comparable to other handymen, but the work is excellent. Also a nice and friendly guy. You won’t be disappointed if you hire him, we will definitely have him back.

As a first time homeowner circa Dec 2020, finding a good, reliable and honest handyman was really important to me. I am so thrilled to have found John. He has done a multitude of jobs for me - fixed a hole in my kitchen tile, removed and installed a new attic ladder (one that was quite a difficult fit that now fits perfectly), installed a garbage disposal, added weather stripping to my front and back doors, installed a gorgeous porch swing on my front porch, and had a painter come out to do a small paint job on my front porch. Don't hesitate to hire John - he can do almost anything (and be honest if he cannot), and his prices are extremely reasonable!!

I helped out John do a few projects, he really is professional, and can fix anything thrown his way. He taught me a lot, and is a solid smart great man to be around, Treats his workers with respect and enjoys what he does. What a great guy. Need more men like him in this world..

I rent and the property manager called these guys in after we had a really bad roof leak that caused part of the ceiling to collapse. Jaycee was very helpful and friendly, even moved furniture and helped me move wet towels and clothes downstairs to the laundry room. I would definitely recommend them.

If Truck No. 418's tailgating and flashing headlights on the I-295 entrance ramp is representative of Creative Multicare's work, I sure won't be requesting your assistance.

Zachary and his co-worker were on time, knowledgeable , and professional. The plan we came up with made sense, and they were able to make repairs same day. Highly recommended for anyone who needs help with their irrigation system!

They came out within a couple days of calling and were up front and honest - Haven showed me how to operate my sprinkler system and replaced the damaged sprinkler head. Fast and honest.

On time, even called when he had a cancelation to come earlier. When he arrived he was professional and explained what he was going to do. He went to work came back and told me what he found and told me the cost to make the repairs and asked if I wanted the repairs made. He made the repairs and my system is wor6just like it was new.
