Haven was extremely knowledgeable and customer focused. He checked our entire system and made the changes needed to ensure all our grass is watered. I’m recommending the company to my neighbors.

Andy’s Sprinklers did a fantastic job rerouting my current sprinkler system.

Update~I forgot to mention that the price with Andy’s was reasonable, not astronomical. I’ve dealt with a few other sprinkler companies that charged a lot and did a horrible job.

I was able to get same day service due to a customer cancellation. Team arrived on time, very professional, explained what they would checking, reported their findings and executed the work. My first experience with the team and it was exceptional!!

I am very pleased with the work Zach did yesterday to get my irrigation system fixed and improved. He quickly assessed each zone and identified issues. After I approved the estimate he gave me he worked quickly and efficiently to get everything done. When he finished he showed me that each zone was working correctly and that the controller was properly programmed. This was the 2nd time I have used Andy's Sprinkler and very pleased both times!

Haven was awesome! He arrived on time, gave us a complete rundown on costs and what would be occurring, as well as an accurate timeline on completion. My sprinkler system is working as if it was brand new. He changed some heads to ensure they would water my garden effectively, and also gave us some good tips on best time of day and amount of water to work within the specs of Jacksonville's water restrictions. I would recommend Andy's sprinkler and more specifically Haven for any outdoor improvements you need.

Wow! Great job set by well laid-out expectations. Answered all my questions and most importantly asked me questions to ensure they knew what the history of my yard had been. Fast but meticulous, walked me through the whole yard to show not only what they fixed but what they didn’t and why. Will only be calling Andy’s from now on!

I just had my initial visit from Andy’s, for a sprinkler system checkup. I couldn’t be more pleased. The service was excellent.
Zach Darden, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and exceptionally friendly and courteous.
And on top of that, he did a great job!
He also very graciously tolerated my tagging along and watching and asking questions; and in spite of me, he was in and out in record time, including a full inspection of my system, various adjustments as needed for coverage, and replacing a broken sprinkler head.
Since the person who comes to the house is the “face of the company” for their customers, it’s crucial to have someone like Zach in this position.
To me, it says a lot about their integrity that they employ him.

Awesome service! Our technician, Haven, and his assistant, were on time, professional, and friendly. They checked the whole system and offered repairs that were needed in addition to the issue at hand. Haven also gave me a comprehensive rundown of my controller’s functions and all my watering zones. (Something I really needed.) Highly recommended.

I’ve had him out twice now since they established their business at Jacksonville, and have nothing but positive to say about him and his assistants. I'm a DIY'er with a large lot .39 acres covered sprinklers. Wanted a professional service to quickly evaluate, adjust, or fix. That's exactly what I got, plus the "all in-care about" attitude!. Can't say enough about Haven and his assistant Raymond. Top tier technicians-True professionals!

I had an outstanding experience with Andy’s Sprinkler Service. I called and was able to get an appointment the very next day to evaluate and repair my sprinkler system. Haven, the service representative, was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and had all the necessary parts on hand to make the repairs during the assessment. He replaced and repaired several sprinkler heads, fixed some wiring issues, and thoroughly checked all four zones of my system—he even located a sprinkler head that had been buried over time! I highly recommend Andy’s Sprinkler Service for their prompt, top-notch service!

I called to schedule a free estimate as indicated on their Google listing. Unfortunately, when I called and indicated that I needed a free estimate, the scheduler indicated they do not provide free estimates. They may provide good service but my initial experience is false advertisement. I prefer to work with a company that values honesty and integrity.

We had multiple issues with our irrigation. Called Andy's and set an appointment for an assessment. Appointment window was four hours but Technicians (Haven and Zachery) sent me a text to let me know when they were arriving which I really appreciated. They arrived promptly on time and gave us a thorough assessment and charged a very fair price. Made all the fixes immediately and we are very happy with the result. Highly recommend Andy's for residential irrigation assistance!

I called after seeing their truck in the neighborhood and set up an appointment. It was a 3 hour window, but they came around 8:45 Zachary and Haven introduced themselves and asked what my issues were. I told them and they said we will take a look and let you know what we find. They got my system working, but I needed a lot of things fixed. They wrote up a plan and I agreed to it. But, to my surprise, they could fix it in the same appointment window. They showed me why things weren't working and replaced what was broken and what didn't work so well. They put everything back together. Great work. I thank you and most importantly, my grass thanks you. I highly recommend Andys. These guys worked very well as a team. Thank you very much for getting me up and running.

They did a great job, very thorough; they checked and corrected everything until it was all spot on. Booking was easy and significantly more efficient and economical than other places I looked. Haven was super professional and friendly and did a great job explaining what they would do and making sure I was happy with the work. They had to fix several pipes that a had been broken when a new fence was put in as well as replace and adjust heads. Overall outstanding service.
