A new pool can be scary and a ton of work! Paragon Pools was the perfect solution to help me with the hassle and stress of having to maintain the pool on my own. They are wonderful, and always friendly, helpful and attentive. Our pool always looks amazing and I have peace of mind knowing they are on top of not only cleaning, but keeping the chemicals at the correct levels and routine maintenance like changing out the filter. Michelle is quick to return calls, keeps great records and is a pleasure to work with. Thank you for keeping our pool beautiful year around!

We embarked on a pool resurfacing project that went south quickly when we were abandoned with a hot mess and a lot of money out the door from another pool company.

Paragon Pools came in and fixed the awful mess and shabby work but removing the bad tile and replacing it and fixing the surface, making it look beautiful! What a truly great experience with this company from their integrity to the quickness and quality of their work. We of course watched like a hawk and not one time did we need to make a correction during the process. Casey is a truly incredible man who you can tell really cares about the work his team does and it’s apparent he treats them right based upon their work ethics and professionalism. You don’t see this as much these days.

It was professionally recommended by Eric that we go with this beautiful blue color due to our color scheme and wow, we couldn’t be happier with the recommendation. They know what they are talking about and have a great eye. We now have a Jaguar pool! Go jags!

I called Paragon Pools because of the great reviews, and now I’m adding mine to the list. They came out to clean and check my pool pump, showed up right on time, and were upfront and honest about everything. No upselling, no nonsense, just good, solid service. On top of that, they’re genuinely nice people to work with. It’s refreshing to find a company that still believes in doing things right. Highly recommend!

Paragon Pools was great to work with! We contacted multiple pool companies to come out and give us a quote. Luigi was absolutely wonderful and gave us a very reasonable number for all new tile and pebble tec. We easily made up our mind to go with Paragon after speaking with him. He told us how great Casey, the owner, was to work with and how he just wants his customers to be happy with their pool. Luigi was right, Casey & crew were great! They got the job done in very reasonable time, had great communication, and cleaned up the job nicely when everything was finished. Our pool looks better than we thought possible and we can’t wait to enjoy it again!

I had an excellent experience with Paragon Pools. They were professional, arrived on time, and did a fantastic job installing a new Pentair system and resurfacing my pool. Communication was always clear and respectful. They were easy to reach whenever I had a question. The quality of their work speaks for itself; I couldn't be happier with the results, would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pool repair or renovation services.

High quality work, completed promptly, and at reasonable rates. In our case, it includes replacing an old pool pump, by passing and removing an old heat pump, and improving how PVC pipes are setup to make DIY maintenance easier

From start to finish very professional. They were consistently on schedule, on time and always kept me updated with emails and texts. The project manager would show up at every step and explain what’s happening. The pool resurfacing turned out perfect. An easy 5 star review for me.

Paragon Pools completed a resurfacing of my pool in the spring of 2023. Communication was top notch - we had a lot of rain that month and Paragon stayed in contact with me on any delays that were caused by the rain. They did such an excellent job on the resurfacing, I also had them replace some equipment and signed up for the weekly pool maintenance. A year later, I’m still with them based on their reliability and the great job they do every week to keep my pool in perfect condition.

Casey and Paragon Pools were great. We had a bad experience with previous repairs from another company. Casey and the Paragon team were quick and efficient and upfront with cost and work that had to be done. We really appreciate them and will be using their services again.

We have been using Paragon Pools for our weekly pool maintenance for a few years and they have been wonderful. We get a weekly email update with the maintenance performed along with photos. If we have any issues they are always very prompt to respond and come out immediately. If you’re looking for a company to service your pool, I highly recommend Paragon Pools.

There are not enough great things to say about Paragon Pools. Everyone that worked on our pool was professional, courteous and prompt. This is a big job and they could not have made this process any better. During the entire process, they kept their area clean. This company really brought the life back to our backyard. I am beyond pleased to have had them take care of my pools resurfacing.

WOW!! What a great experience from start to finish! We needed our pool resurfaced and contacted many companies, but Paragon hands down was the right choice. Starting with Luigi who explained everything in depth, answered all our questions and made the process so easy. We were so impressed with Casey, Erik, Jimmy, Mike, Ken, Alex and Michelle who treated us and our home with respect. We were so impressed with the timelines, communication and work that we even made them lunch one day to show our appreciation. I thought this would have been a stressful experience when I started to look into this renovation, but everyone at Paragon made me feel so comfortable about my choice. These guys are TOP NOTCH, care about the quality of their work and I would highly recommend them. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Paragon Pools came out to do an acid wash on my inground pool. They were very informative as to the process and how long it would take. They did not give me unrealistic expectations as to the final results but at same time let me know that typically I would be very happy with the results. They only took about 3 hours to drain and acid clean and I have to say I am impressed with the difference it has made. I'm sure when it fills back up the difference will be even more dramatic. I would happily recommend them for anyone needing this service.

Excellent and knowledgeable service from Mike and Brynner who made several repairs to the pool in our newly purchased home, for a good, reasonable price. Also, they were kind and generous in giving us guidance about how to understand our pool equipment. We have decided to sign up for Paragon's weekly Service because they are so knowledgeable and professional-- head and shoulders above other companies we interviewed.

Do not use Paragon Pools! They have scammed me and have not finished the remodel job I spent 23,000$ for! Casey the boss has not completed the job and has left my floor drains not working!

Paragon Pools came gave us a very fair price. They all came in Company shirts explained everything in detail what they were gonna do how long it was gonna take. They put up with a weeks worth of rain and still kept us informed. They did a phenomenal job. They left everything clean the young man that came to show me how to do the chemicals and to finish making sure all the pool was set up bright and brushed and filters on all the equipment . Love the pool being back to new. Thanks Paragon Pools.

Paragon Pools delivered exceptional services from start to finish. I had some major equipment upgrades needed for the electrical panel conversion to wifi, saltwater system upgrade and pool/spa heater repair. Mike and Brennen provided the quote as well as completed the repairs. They were professional, courteous and efficient. Thorough testing was done before they left to assure everything working properly. We had several estimates prior to moving forward with the work. We are very happy we chose Paragon Pools exceeded our expectations! We will use them again!

I was dreading getting our pool redone because I had heard so many horror stories. We got several quotes from different companies, but Paragon stood out. Not only were they reasonably priced, their employees are all outstanding and communicative. From the day we signed the papers to the completed remarciting of our pool was only 3 weeks. Incredible. We 100% recommend Paragon Pools! They did a resurfacing on our old, outdated pool and it looks amazing! Luigi was our first contact and he was so nice and walked me through the entire process.
