Terrible quality, weeks skipped no chemicals multiple times. Total scam! Be aware that they never balance and seem only do quality work when you call them out!

They are doing a great job keeping our pool clean! We have used other companies, and they went weeks without cleaning the filter, and would skip basic cleaning steps. Chris at Crystal Clean treats our pool like his own. He does a thorough job every week.
And when we had to drain the pool for leak repair, upon refilling Chris made extra visits until he got the pool back to normal. Great job!

At first they were ok then here goes this new pool guy that drives crazy and lazy as hell assigned to start cleaning my pool, the worst pool cleaning service I have ever received. Called to make a complaint and the front office act as if she didn't care about nothing I was saying. So I had to get rid of this rude sorry company all together. I'm not going to continue using no company that's not satisfactory when paying my money. 😡 Also why go up on the price if you're not giving satisfactory work with the service!!!

Truck #5 was expressing their lack of driving skills this morning. Wonder if they even have a valid driver's license. Disoberying road signs, tailgating me after I passed. Followed me until I got to my security gate at work. Very unstable individual.

A1 Orange completed a difficult pressure washing project for me which included years of built up grease. It looked like it wouldn't come up but they kept trying to ensure a project was finished strong. Highly recommend for your window cleaning and pressure washing needs.
