We’ve had chronic pet smell in the house for a very long time, and the stains from the dog were so deeply embedded into the carpet we couldn’t get it out with just a spot bot. We just got our carpets cleaned by Chris and Ryan, the carpet’s back to its original color and you wouldn’t be able to see those deep stains in our carpet unless you really wanted to find them. They were quick, helpful, and they did a wonderful job. They would give us updates throughout the process as well to help us see how big of a difference it was. Before and after a posted :)

They removed the stains that was the reason why I called Stanley steemer. The first technician , said they could not remove that particular stain . These technician came out the second time and removed it. I gave them five stars for removing the stain that the first technician said they could not. First technician said if they try doing it again it could put a hole in my rug. Thank God for the second technicians they knew what they were doing 😅🙏

I had an issue with work quality. There were splatters of wet dirt from the hose that sprayed compressed air on my walls and trim around all of the return vents. One vent was not cleaned at all. Paint was rubbed through on the corners of two walls where they drug the hoses through from room to room. I had just had my house completely repainted inside 6 weeks prior to having my ducts cleaned. I sent the company a message through their contact page to make them aware but they never responded. Pictures don’t exaggerate. Expand the photos to see the mess that I had to clean myself.

Jason and Juan was super professional and kind. They were very informative and honest about expectations. They were transparent and just overall wonderful. Not only were they great but the service was executed well. My sofa and floors felt and smells clean!

This move out process was very overwhelming for me but this company along with John and Mohammed made the very last step of this process a real pleasure for me. They were both nice, very friendly, helpful, great personalities, and had nice big welcoming smiles on their faces as well. I really enjoy the experience. I will be using them again as this was my first time.

Darryl and Victor from Stanley Steemer were absolutely amazing! They were extremely thorough, professional, and friendly throughout the entire visit. They paid close attention to every detail I pointed out and managed to complete the entire work order in under 40 minutes without cutting corners. Their efficiency and care really stood out. I would definitely recommend Stanley Steemer, especially if you’re lucky enough to get Darryl and Victor on your job!

I even had to call the morning of the appointment to add additional services and the customer service representative Jennifer was extremely helpful at 7 o’clock in the morning. She was super friendly and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience for calling.

I had three rooms cleaned and they did A great job. It was $150 total cost. The carpet is pretty old so I don't ever expect the carpet to look like new. Tom and Eric were fast, courteous and professional. The only minor complaint is that they left a little water, from the hose I assume, on my hard wood floors as they were exiting the rooms. It was not a huge deal and I wiped it up in seconds. I always use Stanley Steamer because they make it extremely easy to give me a quote online and I Can book without having to talk to someone. I recommend them!

This was one of the easiest and most professional carpet cleaning experience I have ever had!! So easy to book online. Up to the minute communication with consummate professionals. They arrived exactly when they stated they would. They told us the “best team” they had was on the job and I believe it. John and his partner got right to work as soon as they got here. Mike and his team did an excellent job I was very pleased. And he recommended me to turn my rug so that the area where it was already getting high traffic would not continue to get all of the traffic so I did. I turn the rug And I believe it will make a tremendous difference it look really nice.

Earlier, I gave a 5 star review but after my area rugs have dried, I changed my mind because I see no difference. Looks the same before they started. I feel like I overpaid for a not so good turnout. Kinda disappointed.

Two very personable and polite gentlemen showed up. They cleaned, they checked with us, and they cleaned up after themselves. It was a very positive experience. They were overly optimistic about when the furniture would dry—there was still dampness 24 hours later. They will tell you 4-6 hours, but you should plan to be without your stuff for a couple of days. That’s a minor issue, though. The furniture looks and smells great!

We just had Stanley Steemer come out to do our duct cleaning. Diony and Kyrie were very nice and helpful. Even though we were home doing projects and the kids were here, they worked quickly and around us. They did a wonderful job on getting the ducts cleaned and helped identify some potential issues to get checked out with our older house. Thank you for the great job and we'll be seeing you soon for our carpet and tile! :)
