SVS serviced my move cleaning. They were very thorough with everything. They even got my walk-in shower cleaner than it was before I moved four years ago. The stove/ oven looked brand new. They also cleaned the carpet it looks great. I highly recommend using SVS for any type cleaning service.

We had a rush request for some carpet cleaning and Clean Services Jax came through. On time finished when they said and the price was great. Great job!!

I was soooo disappointed in their service. I asked them to specifically clean baseboards and interior doors and the photos show how well they were cleaned. Also, the finish in my kitchen sink was ruined. I give them a big fat ZERO.

I’m honestly disappointed. I expected a much higher level of service for the price I paid, especially after choosing this company based on its high Google reviews.

My home was already very clean to begin with, and I paid extra for specific deep-cleaning services that were not completed. Several of the paid add-ons were not addressed at all, including:

• Oven cleaning (untouched)
• Bedding (untouched)
• Inside of cabinets (untouched)

After the cleaning was completed, the supervisor walked through the house wearing shoes and left muddy footprints and shoe prints on the floors. The final mopping also left noticeable streaks on my wooden floors.

I ultimately spent some time after they left doing additional cleaning and touch-ups that I had paid for and expected to be completed.

Overall, the service did not match what was paid for and did not justify the cost.
