On time on budget, completely eliminated a stain I spent hours on, no upsell. Also Andrew explained everything in detail. Nice working with pros.

I found SVS on Yelp and they responded immediately to an urgent need I had. My father had passed away and I was flying into town. I had a short window to work with for a big residential job. Andrew responded within hours and was able to meet job needs within 24 hours. He and his crew were flexible, professional, friendly, and very thorough. I'd recommend SVS for any cleaning needs.

They missed a little bit of dusting and table cleaning. But, they had an emergency, so it's ok. One other thing special for our house only. But, will discuss that with them privately. They were very thoughtful and thorough. We have already scheduled them for our next clean. Would recommend them definitely! They use green products and are professional. Nice people. We hired SVS for a deep cleaning after some renovations, and also to get a stain out of our couch. I was trying to book during a vacation the week before Thanksgiving, and they were able to get me a reasonable quote extremely quickly via Yelp. Thankfully, they were available, and were able to come prior to Thanksgiving. When I tell you we had drywall dust everywhere, I mean EVERYWHERE. Even though they happened to be short staffed, SVS came through and was able to clean our house and our couch, so there's no more drywall dust! I was most impressed with the couch - I wish I had taken before and after pictures! I had tried twice to get the stain out myself, and it wouldn't budge. They got it out immediately! Andrew and Margo are absolutely wonderful. They routinely tackle my house and the occasional stubborn stains that pop up with ease (and perhaps a little brow sweat). Decent Deep Cleaning with Lingering Issues

I recently hired SVS Cleaning Services for a deep clean of my home, and overall, I was satisfied with their service. However, there were a couple of notable issues that I noticed. I made these issues known to the company and they came back out and did a no charge re-service. All the issues were fixed right away.
