This was the worst cleaning service I have ever used and the most unprofessional untrustworthy owner I have dealt with.

This is in response to your response: Michelle, I will expose your lies with pics of text messages to prove you are a phony. Let me be clear- all of this is in text messages- I can and will provide proof if I have to.

You cleaned my house on Friday 4/26. I noticed 2 places that were missed -your Inspector came back out to re-clean. She cleaned the sink but insisted the laundry room had been cleaned- I took her word for it but later noticed she was wrong- it was not cleaned, along with many other places in the house. Friday evening you did not try to schedule another cleaning the next day- You informed me your kids had a karate tournament on Saturday from 9am-1:30pm but would be available after 2:30pm to talk. I reached out to you at 3:30pm on Saturday, but you were out to eat with your family- you did no try to resolve this matter within your 24-hour satisfaction guarantee as you didn’t offer someone to come back out on Saturday.

We finally spoke at 4:24pm on Saturday. I agreed to another cleaning later in the month to make up for the many areas that were missed- you apologized and agreed that your staff had missed these areas that should have been part of the basic cleaning. On 5/08, I informed your team of at least 8 more areas that were missed that I hadn’t noticed before- we talked on the phone and you agreed to a full refund, and cancellation of our contract. You asked for photos to “illustrate certain areas the team missed to prevent similar issues in the future”. I sent the pics and videos via Whats App- as you requested. I followed up with you for 2 days to confirm you received the pics and videos. On 5/10 you sent me a text letting me know you were unable to drop off the refund check b/c you ran out of checks and needed to place an order for new checks that would not be available until 5/20. I responded no problem. On 5/21 I followed up about the checks- you informed me they had not been delivered yet but assured me you would contact me as soon as they were. Another week went by with no updates, I asked if you could refund me via Zelle since you accept payments that way- you declined. On 5/30 you informed me the checks were received and wanted to meet me in person to deliver the refund. I let you know the refund check could be delivered to my door – we did not need to meet in person. Days went by, then you told me you had been in a bad car accident and that you were unable to deliver the check- I was very understanding, empathetic and wished you quick recovery and healing. Following your recovery, Multiple times you insisted on hand delivering the refund check- I found it very bizarre that you were so persistent in hand delivering the refund to me. I asked you numerous times to leave it at my front door or in my mailbox. You declined to deliver the check , then accused me of mistreating you. All I wanted was my refund and to be done with you and this awful dragged-out experience.

I let you know that if you did not refund me I would share my experience on social media and business review websites- which I did. Now you accused me of causing YOU stress that made you wreck your vehicle. You lied about our consultation- you were at my house for almost 2 hours- I let you know I had to pick up my kids from school – you were not respectful of my time spent. You said I opted for a basic cleaning due to financial constraints- this is funny! I live in a multi-miliion dollar neighborhood. Really? Anyone who knows me knows that is a bold face lie! Look at you reaching! BOTTOM LINE- your basic cleaning list included all the areas that were missed, you agreed your staff did not do what they were supposed to do and you agreed to a full refund. You are anything but what you say your company stands for- you are not trust worthy, you do not strive to make your clients satisfied, your team is not meticulous and your services are not quality and reliable.you are a fake and a phony.

I can't thank Michelle and her team enough. My house has never felt so clean, her team did an exceptional job.

Everything looks and smells incredibly clean when she’s finished and she does it right. We Will use them again and again!

I have been very disappointed by the cleaning job I received. I would like to post pictures and ongoing texts between myself, office manager , Tina and Michelle, but have not been able to post photos in the review I ask and paid for Deep clean. I was told I must pay in advance, which now sounds ridiculous. I paid $660 for 2 1/2 bathrooms, living area, kitchen, stairwell, and 2 bedrooms. The baseboards were not washed down, except in one bathroom. Windows were not all clean of dust and smudges. Cabinets were not wiped down, still had dust and food specks. Broke two shutters in my windows. One shutter was completely off the wall, yet the cleaner failed to express apologies or inform me. My wood floors did not get a deep clean. They dust mopped and then took their cleaner in a spray bottle and did spray and mop. No attention to marks on floors, just a light mopping. Floors looked dull and dirty. They were to work 10 hrs and actually worked from 1:30-7:30. They did not speak any English, even though I was told they are taking classes and learning pretty good. I was not home when the two girls left so I inspected the next day. I was given a 24 hr slot to allow Michelle to send the girls back to correct what was undone. I had the house for a family gathering and they wanted to come late evening hrs that day I complained or early morning on the day I was having my gathering. They would not accommodate me on this issue. When I got no where with Tina and Michelle I stated I would do this review and let people know if they desire a true deep clean, find someone else. This is not an American company. Girls are Spanish, so maybe you should ask for an American deep cleaner when looking for a good job. Their deep clean and my deep clean are nowhere near what I expected. I’m 71 years old and incapable of deep cleaning. It was important for me to get $660 worth of deep cleaning. By my telling them I would do a bad review, they accused me of threatening them and no longer made an effort to call and work this out. They had their money, they showed no loyalty to their client Don’t ever pay in advance!!! I will never use a company again who do not speak my language.

Fabulous organization! Have used them for over 10 years. They are true experts. The team is very personal and can customize services and remain affordable.

Expert Cleaners offers efficiency, quality, and professionalism. They come to my home each month, begin cleaning immediately, and neatly tidy up our rooms to our liking. The most important room to my family is the bathroom. We check the work and are satisfied each time they finish. Michelle comes prepared to meetings and is available to answer questions or concerns. She is orderly and cares.

Michelle and her team are amazing! They've been cleaning our house for the past eight years, and they always do a fantastic job. If there's ever a problem or miscommunication, Michelle is always quick to fix it. They're honest and responsible, and you can tell that Michelle really cares about her business and her customers. I think they're the best cleaning service out there, and I love the way Michelle runs her business.

When they come to clean, they make sure not to spread germs to other parts of your house. They have a special system for that, and I can personally say that it's a top-notch service for a really fair price!

We're always excited when it's time for them to come back and clean our place! We have them come out on a bi-weekly maintenance.

With everything going on, like the kids' school, my work, and all their activities, I just can't keep up with cleaning our 4800 square foot home by myself. It's too much!

Michelle and her team at Expert Cleaner’s LLC are EXCELLENT! I’m 73 years old and never had my house cleaned so thoroughly and so well. They are so thorough, careful and so friendly, too! I’ve never seen the grout so clean since we built our house 23 years ago. Everything is just sparkling. I highly recommend them!
