Ben did a great job in my grill. He thoroughly cleaned it from top to bottom, gave me instructions on how to care for it in the future and talked to me about options down the road if I needed to replace parts. Very personable and professional as well. Highly recommend.

He did a great job of not only cleaning the grill exceptionally well, but also correctly diagnosed the cause of a problem that we were having. He had the parts ordered and came back and installed and tested them.
Rachael, who is the scheduler also did a great job in taking out call and following up along the way.
These two provided an exceptional job and were very professional.
