Bravo to whomever you sent to take care of the carpets at Stratford Mill Condominiums in Saint Augustine today. I'm a resident at Stratford Mill, and the gentleman you sent to repair carpet wrinkles was more professional and pleasant than I've ever experienced with the complex's own maintenance staff. I'm disappointed that I didn't get his name, but he's a keeper! Very friendly and a great smile.

We had a very poor experience with the company. We were referred by our rental home company. They had an appointment to come at 9. They kept saying they are running late. Showed up at 3 pm. Charged $180 dollars flat and were done in less than 10 minutes. Literally start to finish 10 minutes. The rental company even fined us for insufficient cleaning! Even though they are the preferred provider! Really bad experience.

We currently have added Steve's Painting as one of our preferred vendors for all of our turnkey needs. Eric, our account manager, is very responsive and always checks on the quality of work to make sure they are providing excellent service. We are so happy as part of our team!!!!

I was referred to this company because they paint in our complex.

Initially scheduling the consult went well and the rep who came to do the consultation was friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. I didn’t need a great deal of work done, just some touch up painting, one room repainted and wanted to add two accent walls.

He came on Friday, Feb 2nd and stated I’d have a quote by Monday. I have since followed up on multiple occasions and kept getting the run around, being told “the quote was waiting to approved,” then it was “the owner was out of office,” and etc.

To this date I have never received the quote.

While I knew this wasn’t going to be a major project and probably not much of a money maker for the company itself, I was disappointed to say the least, because I feel as though the company just brushed me off with no regard.

We recently switched to Steves for carpet cleaning and housekeeping and they do an amazing job. Dustin, Ashley and their Account Manager Eric have been very attentive and their customer service is excellent. we are so happy we made the switch!

I just wanted to hop on here again and just give great props to this company. They are the most communicative, caring amazing vendor. I've had the pleasure of working with on my property. The complex where I live recently had my carpets cleaned by Steve's Painting & Maintenance, and the experience thanks entirely to Technician, Brian Walker was truly exceptional. Brian Walker was the epitome of professionalism. He was incredibly polite, took the time to carefully assess my problem areas and clearly explained the entire cleaning process. The quality of work is simply astounding. Set in stains were removed and he was able to stretch the carpet to remove wrinkling that had occurred. Brian's meticulous work has made my carpets look and feel brand new. Not only was the cleaning thorough, but he was also efficient and careful to protect my walls and furniture. If you are considering having your carpets cleaned, I highly recommend Brian Walker. This level of skill and detail, deserves special recognition. Thank you for making my home look and feel so fresh and clean!

The best rug specialist in town. Hands down. We toured the entire facility ranging from where they clean the rugs to the actual rug studio. Very clean and professional. I trust that I’m buying the very best rugs when I go with Mussallem.

Theses guys did an amazing job with my rugs! My large living room rug had absorbed a lot of animal smell over the years and it was becoming unbearable to live with, not only did they get the smell out but the rug looked brand new. 5/5 I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

I was very pleased with the exceptional work Michael and his team did on one of our Persian carpets. There was a stubborn pet stain on the carpet and Mussallem's treatment made it almost like new. I plan to use Mussallem in the future for all of our area rug cleaning needs.

Overall, very unhappy with the cleaning job performed on my two 4' by 6' rugs. Potential customers should be careful when thinking of dealing with Mussallem Rugs for any cleaning of expensive area rugs. My two rugs were returned to me with deep lines ground into the pile of the rugs. How can you return rugs to a customer like that with no quality control? When I called and questioned them they stated to return the rugs and they would correct the problem. That cost me another trip across town to return the two rugs. Then another two weeks of waiting. They did deliver the rugs to our home after the so-called repair but the rugs were not 100%. All I wanted was for the rugs to be cleaned. They did not have deep grooves when dropped off and they may never be the same. Keep in mind that I paid for the cleaning and they never offered to credit my credit card for the bad job performed. This is what I want all of you to think about before dealing with this business: if you can't clean a rug without damaging it why would you want to spend $10k for a new rug? This is not the service I expected from someone that has been in the business for two family generations. Very unhappy.

Stains gone. Shape renewed. All at a reasonable price with friendly, personal experience. I highly recommend Mussallem for cleaning your rugs.

I can not say enough good things about this company. Their work is exceptional. Their staff is knowledgable and friendly. Their work ethic is top notch. I needed a 100+ year old rug that belonged to me Grandmother cleaned and repaired after it had been damaged in a flood. It took several weeks but the results were worth it. The rug was returned to me in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. To all of you at Mussallems ... I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I honestly thought the rug was beyond hope but I had to try and you guys not only were up to the task but far exceeded my hopes.
