Fabulous beautiful show room. Had four oriental rugs cleaned and fringe added. They are fabulous. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased with the service and staff! Come here for ALL your rug needs and don t forget to buy one, too!

We were very pleased with all of the services we received from Mussallem Area Rug Specialists. I had some Persian and oriental rugs that had been in my family for over fifty years. We wanted to have the rugs cleaned, so we called Mussallem Area Rug Specialists. When they came to our house to pick up the rugs, Charlie was able to tell us where each rug was made and even what it was made of. Since we were living in a new house, we were unsure if we might want a new rug for the living room or continue to use the one we had been using in our other house. Neil sent me several pictures of rugs that were in the studio that would possibly fit with our furniture after I had sent him pictures of our living room.
One day, my husband and I drove down to see the studio and the rugs. We met Michael, and he showed us the process of a rug being cleaned and another being repaired. We were fascinated. He also showed us our rugs that had already been cleaned. We were very pleasantly surprised to see how vibrant the colors were. We had not even realized they were that dirty. Michael also showed us how the fringe on our rug could be repaired, which would preserve the integrity and value of it.
When Charlie brought back our rugs and the other choices we were going to look at, we were so pleased with the work that the Mussallems did on our our living room rug and how much better it looked, it was clear we wanted to keep our own rug.
Everyone from Mussallem Area Rug Specialists is truly a professional. It is obvious that it is important to them that their customers are satisfied, and we could not have been more pleased. This is a family owned business who values their customers and integrity.

I wrote a review when I first dropped off the rug to be cleaned and now here is the "after" the rug had been cleaned. It was very stained from our little dog and smelled up the house pretty good. Michael said he through it through the was three times and it really came out nice. Now mind you this was a pretty good rug excellent quality, but if you run it through 3 times do not expect it to be in the same "hard" condition. It was softer and a bit flimsy, but I love this rug and for what I use it for it was worth the time and money. Thank you Michael

I had two wool rugs cleaned that had been stored.in my mother's garage. They came back looking great and the service was impeccable. Everyone i spoke to was extremely personable and engaging. I enjoyed my experience with Mussallem.

Communication with the office and pick-up/ delivery staff was excellent. The quality of cleaning was very good. Although a bit expensive, I would highly recommend their service.

We have a rug we purchased from Mussallem before we bought furniture for our house almost 40 years ago. It has been amazing holdi g up to kids, pets, guests etc. Every time they have cleaned the rug every part of it looks brand new.

Outstanding customer service. They show you the work area, explain what they will be doing, and make sure you like the end result. I have brought my hand woven carpets here for several years and trust them to take good care of them.

Excellent company - after fifteen years living in Florida and multiple dogs they brought our rug back to its origional look. Wonderful family to work for. Before we moved here from Atlanta we used Sharian Rugs. Thy are comparable. Very high marks.

I will highly recommend Mussallem Rugs for all of your carpet and rug cleaning. Our clubhouse had an older rug(10 years) and it was dirty and faded. Mussallem rugs has it looking brand new! Everyone is so friendly and nice, constant communication and very affordable. Delivery and pick up was seamless! Thank you to the whole crew! Family owned and locally operated is well worth it!

Again, very pleased with Vinny from Chem-Dry. They got in/out in a decent amount of time, on time. Put everything in it's place and NO MESS.. They are always my first call for any carpet cleaning jobs. For the great job they do they are reasonably priced. See ya next year Vinny. Thank you.

Had my carpets done on March 13. The employee used a buffing machine. I called and spoke to owner. I explained we are not here full time and he said when I get back he would have my carpets done again at no charge. I called three times this month(October) left message for owner to call me back. No call back so I am posting this as a negitive review. You have to mark a star so if I could I would not give them any stars.I will not be using this company again.

I have used Chem-Dry of Duval for many years, but this will be my last time. First, I was disappointed that there was a stain in my carpet that they didn't remove. Second, the technician showed up an hour and a half earlier than scheduled and the owner (Ishmael) called me to confirm the time even though they were already at my house! And finally, I negotiated the same price over the phone as the last time they cleaned, but when they came they increased the price. Ryan, the technician said he would include a "free" can of spot cleaner to make up some of the extra he was charging. He even said he would drop it off at my house. Well, 2 months later and now the owner isn't answering my phone calls and I never received the spot cleaner. Ishmael told me they are out of stock on spot cleaner but that he would mail me a check for $15. I'm not holding my breath. I've called other Chem-Dry companies in the area and not surprisingly they have the spot cleaner in stock. This company just tries to get as much money as they can from you. They won't get another dime from me. You've lost a 20-year customer as well as any referrals.

Shacara is FaNTastic and personable. She is one of kind and has helped my home to be sparkling clean. Definitely recommend this cleaning service!!!!
