I had a lot of things that needed to get done in my house so I scheduled an estimate so they can come check it out, got a text from them around the time they were supposed to be here that they are at another job. They instructed me to take pictures of what needs to be cleaned. The answer is no! Be here when you’re supposed to be here! I worked around my schedule on a weekend for you to be here so I expect you for you to do the same. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful!

Guys were very professional and on time, my only objection is to work on the drying process. The timeframe given was not accurate and had I known that I would of reconsidered having it done the day I did. The overall experience was pleasant just not the drying process. Also consider providing plastic runners for wet floor.

The owner responded and showed up the same day , in less than a hour of my reaching out to him! On time! Quick ! Professional! Did a great job plus more! I definitely recommend him to anyone ❤️

This carpet cleaning service is one of the best services we have requested. They really care about their customers and are hardworkers. I would definitely hire again. Very great communication and always strive to provide great customer service.

They arrived almost an hour late
I had them clean two rooms of carpet to move out of my apartment and upon inspection
I still had to go back in and clean several times to get my cats hair out of the carpet.
After moving out my apartment still is charging me to redo the carpet cleaning due to it not being clean enough still.... and I don’t blame them.
I guess that’s what happens when they have a special going on and you think it’s a great deal.

We called and they came! We scheduled service with another company that morning that never showed up. We call All Cleaning Services and he came literally 25 minutes later. Very professional, fast and courteous! They got our stains the last 3 companies said would never come out. All natural products and used professional blowers to dry the carpets!
