Absolutely awesome experience. He showed up timely. I originally booked him to come out to look at my pump. He fixed it in like 10 minutes, and then while he was there he fixed my pool heater too.

Got to us same day! Friendly, knowledgeable and honest-our after market pump wasn’t completely repairable but Neil did his best and got it running well enough to give us time to save up for a replacement. Highly recommend

So happy Pool Troopers was referred to me by a friend. I have never had a house with a pool before so I had no clue what to do. The quality of service offered by the executives to commercial pools leaves much to be desired. They take a long time to send technicians, are unfriendly, and don't keep you informed about the problem or provide a timely solution. I definitely don't recommend them.

Thanks to Pool Nerds and especially Brandon, my pool has been looking amazing. We kept having issues with our pump, and every time I would call, even if it wasn’t scheduled they would come and help. I highly recommend them.

We are having an issue with the pool pump in a house we’re leasing. Called to see what would be involved in having a maintenance call. When I called, I spoke with Beth, who is an absolute treasure! So knowledgeable, so polite and so very generous with her time. She listened very patiently while I asked questions, and she gave me some great ideas on what might be the problem with the pump. In my opinion, Beth is the gold standard of what every customer service person should aspire to be. Going to implement some of the things she suggested, but if we still need a maintenance call, you better know I won’t call be calling anyone but Beth to schedule it!

Reasonable prices. What makes a successful company is the hard working staff! And Wyatt does a wonderful job when he comes. Keep up the great work!

Inconsistent service. Pool unkempt and water turned green many times. Consistently received my money though. I wish it worked out for us.

Nadie contestó.The service was terrible. They would come to perform the service every Tuesday, yet by Wednesday, my pool was green again. When I tried to contact them, no one answered. I ended up having to fire them via voicemail. They never returned my call. This happened every single week during the time they were servicing my pool; I never had the opportunity to use it because the water looked so bad.

My pool cleaning service is terrible. The pool has been green for a week, and even after their visit, it remains green. No one answers the phone, and no one is resolving the problem.
