When they showed up Spencer tried to remove our hose from the outside outlet. He broke it and we had a flood inside. They had a different story. Owner said he would call back story sounds fishy. What they don't know is there were 2 witness by the pool who saw him. Cost me $107 for a Plummer. And call back. Owner never called back. Beware of this company.

I had a toilet overflow upstairs Wednesday afternoon. I had been waiting for a friend who said they were bringing a wet vac, didn't show up. Had an appointment with Serv pro and they didn't show up or call. I called Honor Friday night because they've always done a great job and he came right over to my house with fans. I'm so greatful, these guys always go above and beyond and they are more than fair with their prices. A stressful situation turned to relief.

Tyson MacLean is a SUPERB representative for your company. He arrived on time and set up in a VERY efficient manner. He answered all of the questions I posed during the job. He handled all of the furniture gently and clearly has a wonderful sense of economy of movement and that he is moving someone's possessions.

I recommend him for his skill and efficiency and would note that as a representative of your organization, he sets a VERY fine example of the quality of people that work for Honor Carpeting Cleaning. I will use your organization in the future WITHOUT DOUBT and this young man is a big part of why I have become a customer of Honor Carpet Cleaning.

Purchased the 3 room LocalFlavor certificate. Had one 15x12 bedroom with closet to clean and was still charged $58. Was told it was based on square footage. What kind home could have 3 rooms with less square footage than that? Using those kinds of sales tactics are disingenuous. And they couldn't get the coffee stain out to top it off.

These guys came and did our grout our furniture and our carpet and they were awesome. They did a great job. Everything looks absolutely beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Co was punctual, attendant was professional and quick. However, I spoke to David (?) twice on phone while scheduling/re-scheduling and inquired about price for cleaning 1 area rug and the answer BOTH times was $40.00. NOT it starts at 40.00 and goes up. Or "what size is your area rug to quote price cleaning"? I was charged 80.00 for 8x10 cleaning, no added service. Would have said 'forget it' but I was on a time restraint. I don't appreciate being duped into paying for a service I specifically asked about the cost and the amount changed after the service person arrived. I will never use again - nor recommend this company.

Do not use this company, if I could give 0 stars, I would. Technician was rude, service was horrible, and we were taken advantage of with the price charged. They initially told me it would be $40 when I called, then when he arrived, he said it would be $160 for the steam clean, and to spray it with a mold enzyme. We thought that was a bit high, so he cleaned a small PORTION of the rug in 20 minutes, took $80 from my wife and left. When I got home, I had to call his manager to complain, who then sent the SAME technician over the next day, who was even more rude then the day before, spent 5 minutes on the rug, and left again. When I asked the manager why he sent the same technician over, all he said was "I can't do anymore, do you want me to fire him?" Worst experience ever with a small business...use someone else, there are many others.

I bought an old house. .. it needed a ton of work. I saw their ad in a flyer and decided to give them a shot. Tyson was very professional and did a fantastic job cleaning the rugs and the tile in the kitchen. I hadn't thought about it but he was right cleaning the ac system made the air feel lighter and the house smells great

Heard of Honor Carpet from a friend, decided to give them a try to clean up my apartment's carpets. Ended up definitely satisfied by their job. Carpets are now cleaner than I've ever seen them. Would recommend to others

I have been using this company for eight years now. They have always been on time, courteous and done an amazing job. This time, they revived a carpet I thought past saving, and even repaired the threshold after my animals dug at it.

Honor has impeccable customer service! We were desperate for help when our toilet broke and flooded our house overnight. Honor met us after their regular business hours and went out of their way to assist us in making our home safe and comfortable to live in again!

Get price from tech....not over phone....Prices quoted on phone are different than Davids bill at the end. I used them twice. They did a good job both times. When there was a peculiar urine odor after it was cleaned David explained why and got it out free of charge. Then the next time I called for the same issue the guy who always answers the phone (owner?) Quotes me $67. David charges $125 after services were completed. I called the company back and he said its because they used enzymes for the urine. I told him it was urine the first time I called, he could have told me then and there it was going to require an treatment that cost $58 more!! I would have declined service and done it myself with a bottle of vinegar and my shampooer. But David is very thorough and he wants to get to the bottom of the dirt and problems! I just wish the price had been more straightforward. But what can you expect? Oh and my receipt did not detail enzymes exact price in fact it had some other items checked off...3 bedrooms....I dont even own 3 carpeted bedrooms-- this was couch and chair only.

To begin, the gentlemen were knowledgeable, curtious and professional... Along with polite and helpful throughout the whole job. I had 8 ducts thoroughly cleaned as well as my AC. I also had my tile grout and floors in both my screen porch and den and wash room cleaned by them. Everything came out wonderful and clean. I highly recommend this team as they are great in our opinion!!

Nice tech, my dog loved him!!! my carpet on the other hand... not so much. Terrible. It looked no different after he left, other than that it was WET!!! Not the best shape carpets to begin with, so should have really shown some improvement as they had in the past w. other companies and cleaners. they even charged an upcharge for a chemical treatment to be sprayed before hand making a $34 two room special, $60. Very disappointed. Results: D-

Honor Plus Carpet Cleaning just cleaned all our living room furniture, area rug and all our grout lines. It looks and smell great! My tile looks brand new-AMAZING! Now I have me some Autumn Sunset and Cranberry Muffin in my Scentsy Warmers and all is good Thanks Jerry

I hired someone to completely empty all the rooms before Honor Carpet Cleaning arrived. I received a call in the morning to confirm my 2:00 appointment with Honor and they asked to come at 1:00. I rearranged my schedule. They called again 'AT' 1:05 to confirm my 1:00 appointment. Didn't show until 1:53 and they parked diagonally in my driveway with their back left wheel ON my lawn. Then walked in, sat in the only chair in my living room (we are moving), asked me about cleaning my mattress they say (brand new with plastic on it) and informed me they needed a check for $89. I told them I was quoted a lower price ($17/room per their internet special with the coupon code 17R) and the man said that $89 was their only price. This job was probably the easiest/smallest job ever - no furniture, no pets, no stains, no smoke. They asked me for proof but all I had was the note I had from calling the owner a week ago and since I couldn't quickly find the note, I asked the men to leave. I called the owner back and he said he would find someone else to come back to honor the price and he would call me back with a time. He never called back and later in the day when I was at our other home, they showed up without notice in my driveway (we have cameras). Unfortunately, with the confrontative approach of the first two guys and the fact that they didn't have the courtesy to tell me when they were coming, I just didn't feel comfortable calling back to reschedule.

I had my Dad’s carpets, mattresses, and recliner cleaned and the exhaust vacumed,. I did not expect all the stains to come out.The carpets were in bad shape an look like new!! Tyson and Steve assured me they would. I was more than amazed ! I am in property management. I never met a company or its employees who are so knowledgeable , and effective in their work. Tyson and Steve took their time and spent hours getting all stains and odors removed.They are a great team. I am just so happy to have found them!!! Thanks Tyson and Dave.

It was an honor to have Honor Carpet Cleaning clean my carpets. My cat, Smokey, got fleas so my main concern was getting rid of the fleas.Dave got rid of the fleas and to my suprise the stains that I thought would be there for the life of the carpet magically disappeared. The tech, Dave, with an amazing smile went above and beyond to explain how when there is an accident on the carpet how to treat it myself. Customer service was excellent. Definately would recommend this company to family and friends.
