I complained about the guy who was supposed to clean my pool but did nothing & wanted to educate me on how I can open & clean my own filters. Well, those days are gone & the new guy who comes out does one fantastic & amazing job. I have NO COMPLAINTS! Thank the young lady who made it happen. The young man did a good job. I’m pleased with him. But I’m having a problem with a leak coming from the Motor. It’s wet on top and the ground is wet.i tried putting water in the pool because I was hearing noise from the Throat Two hours later and no change to the water level.

Did a great job, pool really appreciates it. Would highly recommend to anyone....

Patrick saved the day today!! He is knowledgeable and was able to calm me down after much equipment failure. I'm grateful and hope :pool troopers: know how valuable he is to them.

Everything has been great. The tech always services my pool on the scheduled day. He lets me know how the pool is doing and gives tips on maintaining when I ask. We will be enjoying our pool for the summer.

Atrocious customer service. I paid every month auto pay. They tried to send something over to collections instead of contacting me and there manager has been completely unresponsive. Not to mention the service was very average for the amount charged. Be very cautious hiring this company. Tried to charge me for a full month of service instead of the week they actually did.

Not off to a good start signed up last week. They said that they would start that day and be back on Friday. They didn’t do much that day. I told him I would fix the timer as they recommended more hours for pump to run when I came back to the house the pool person was messing with the pool pump and change the timer. They were supposed to come back Friday to do the cleaning never showed up never called, we called them said they were running late never showed up never called not happy.

Jeremy was great. He came out right away to replace my broken pump. Highly recommended!

Not overly impressed by this company. There were some repairs that were supposed to be done and it took them 3 weeks to show up. That was after I was told they would show up within the week. I also found out they charge $40 extra when there is heavy rain and they ACTUALLY have to do some real cleaning. I have had 2 other pool companies and neither of them did this.

Thanks so much for cleaning our very dirty pool! We had the deck pressure washed and as a result, the pool was filthy but now looks super!

They arrived at 7:51 and left at 7:58 am, didn't brush or vacuum , or add salt to the pool, the red light on chlorinator is red indicating low in salt. Mildew on Jacuzzi water line and pool.

So clean! Thanks for vaccuuming the pool. Looks really great!

TONY came today and it's a pity that he wasn't the employee to start with as he has been the ONLY one to do the job EXCEPTIONALLY well!! He was the only one to be so efficient and even to notice that because Cameron didn't put back filter properly , we had a water leak-----He is the third person to work on my pool and the only one that I would want back.....my son has made an agreement with another company and unfortunately we will be discontinuing using your companies services--- too bad that not all of your employees aren't as efficient and observant as Tony---if we had him in the beginning we would still be happily using your services.

My Service German Shepard Dog is a great judge of character, and he loves Pool Troopers! They are great! They really do care! Hard to find these days. The real test is after a bad storm. Clean and beautiful, they really earned their money on this service. Thanks!

Update: I’m changing my 5 star review to a 3 star. Pool troopers started out strong, however after they switched our tech, our service declined significantly. It wasn’t until I happened to be home on several service days and observed the technician checking chemicals and surface skimming only. He did not brush the pool, nor did he clean our equipment filter or check our salt cell. These services are supposed to be included and we’re not getting done. I didn’t cancel immediately… I reached out and a manager came by and confirmed that we should be getting full service but acknowledged that we were not.Even after showing the technician, the service did not change. Our pool equipment flagged check salt cell for several weeks. My husband and I worked on cleaning everything properly over a whole weekend to get everything right again. I cancelled the next day because why would we continue to pay almost $200 a month for service that we ended up having to complete ourselves? After canceling, I never received so much as a phone call from management to ask how they could earn our business back or offer a new tech that would take care of us they way they did when we signed up. Disappointed

It takes a lot to impress my husband and I. Not because we have unrealistic expectations, but because this day and age, it seems minimal effort is the standard. We have gone through three other pool companies before pool troopers. So, to have a company that pays attention to their customers wants and needs and actually shows up when they say they’re gonna show up is an anomaly. Even during back to back hurricanes… they showed up. They couldn’t do the full service because they were making sure they visited every customer, they at least communicated. That goes such a long way. I would recommend pool troopers any day of the week over the “big box” service companies. Looking forward to continuing service with them.
