Greatly satisfied with service! Moved out of rental home and wanted to ensure I got my deposit back. The white carpet had traffic stains and slipped drink stains. My rental home had white carpet and with three kids it keeping it stain free was a challenge. All Cleaning Services came highly recommended and they don’t disappoint. David was able to remove the stains on the carpet and also steamed the kitchen tile floor. Work was completed in a timely manner and all stains were removed. Thank you!!!!

David came to my house so nice and friendly, showed him the areas, and he was done so quick!! We chatted and he was very kind and informative and quick. My carpets look better than when we moved in! I wish I did this sooner!!

The service I received was excellent from beginning to end. David was very knowledgable and outstanding in professionalism, courtesy, timelines, pricing, personality, and quality of work. I've used All Cleaning Services many times and I cannot recommend them highly enough. David is fantastic, always on time, very communicative and does a wonderful job. He just makes the whole process so easy and pleasant - from scheduling to arrival, cleaning and payment. My couch and area rugs look and feel brand new by the time he is done, and as a pet owner (and allergy sufferer), that is a big deal! If you are on the fence about whether your upholstery/carpet/rugs need to be cleaned, just take the plunge and do it - you will be so glad you did! So happy I found them. Thanks guys!

My experience with All cleaning service was overall great. David was very professional. On time with response and service. I was very satisfied with the customer service an also the cleaning of the carpet especially with having pets.

Cleaning was absolutely nice. However, a door was removed from my closet. When I called asking about it they told me they would check with the cleaners. I then get a call from the employee telling me a story that changed halfway through the call.

First One: They had to remove the wobbly door because they couldn’t clean behind it and that there was no bolt.

While on the phone, I was trying to see what I could do with the door when I found the bolt on the second shelf.

I asked him about it and then the story completely changed.

Second One: The door was already broken and leaning against the wall. The bolt was found on the second shelf.

I was called by their front desk and they tried telling me that their employee didn’t lie. She mentioned something about how they don’t clean walls. My call was not about the walls what so ever. She kept interrupting me when I was explaining to her that I didn’t want anything done and that I was able to reattach the “broken” door, I was just upset with the blatant lies and story changes I was given.

Here’s a picture of the “broken” door that was just leaning against the wall. It closes and opens perfectly btw. Pictures were taken after this horrible customer service call. You can see in this picture that the door is neither broken or leaning against the wall.

They removed it and didn’t put it back.

I will say this again, cleaning was great but when you lie about something you did you lose all respect. Don’t lie about a door being broken. Don’t change your story if you’re going to lie.

This company does not understand the importance of customer service and will waste your time while your pool sits broken. First, they forgot to call me back to setup my appointment. I had to call back after a week. Second, they gave me a 9am-3pm window, but never showed up. Apparently my time is of little concern for them because then they told me they'd have someone out another day sometime between 9am and 3pm. After asking for a more specific time, their secretary had the nerve to tell me "you can go find another pool company if you want." I assume the pool business must be so good in Jacksonville that Portofino can treat their customers like this and afford to lose their business. If you are a potential customer and are reading this, I hope you don't end up wasting 3 weeks with Portofino and get treated the way I did.

I witness a technician for the Pool Troopers going way, way above the call of duty cleaning the Pool at One Ocean Resort in Atlantic Beach last Friday.
His name was Tay I believe and I was very impressed with his work ethic to go the extra mile to clean that pool for his company’s client.
