Used this company for the first time today. I had been very displeased with a company I used last year and was searching for a company that I could use on a regular basis.
Inside Out did not disappoint. Arrived on time and finished quickly while doing a great job. Nice crew. Good price will use again.

Used this company on 6/15/23. Did a good job on most of the windows. Did not clean the whole foyer window.they only cleaned the side panels of the window. Sent an email to the company after the workers left. Got no response.

Update: Inside Out came back and recleaned the window both inside and out. The window looks great. The company was very responsive to my review.

Funny you should ask for a review. I used Heirloom because I'm local to St. Augustine and the local carpet vendor recommended them.

Upon trying to get an appraisal for my persians, a rug vendor informed me my freshly laundered persians smelled bad and asked if the rugs were in a house with pets (dogs and cats). He was right. We unrolled the 'cleaned' rugs indoors and they did smell bad. He informed me that Heirloom did have nice equipment but didn't change the wash water/chemicals after each use. This can cause pet urine from the previous batch to go into your rugs. I was appalled. Not only did I pay way too much ($550 for 3 rugs), but they came out smelling/stinking.

I recommend Heirloom to No one. Too expensive, don't change chemical all day. If You're not first of the day, you get dirty wash water. Avoid like the plague.

Heirloom Oriental Rug does outstanding work. They made my 75 year old rug look like I remembered it from my childhood. All the bright colors have been restored. Their staff is
professional and very friendly. I recommend their services without reservation.

We are very pleased with our experience. Our rug came from my mother, who had a small dog that unfortunately loved the rug for the wrong reasons. Our rug came back odor free and looking lovely. They were fast and professional, I would definitely recommend.Heirloom Rugs.

Excellent service. Were recommended by dry cleaners in our area and I am glad I used their services. They were very careful removing all the furniture and placing it back. The rug was very old, so I needed it treated well.

My house was flooded in hurricane Irma. I called Heirloom to clean my oriental wool rugs. They did a reasonable job on the rugs considering they sat in muddy river water for and extended time. My low recommendation is to caution customers about their business practice.
They told me they could clean a natural jute rug. When returned it looked terrible. The delivery guy took it back, it was supposedly cleaned a second time and still looked terrible. The delivery guy said the jute rugs don't usually clean very well. Then why not tell me that in the beginning?
Then when I get the bill its for nearly $3500. I was being charged for pads I didn't ask for, wrapping service and other fees. I was quoted one price then asked to pay a substantial increase. After a discussion the pad fee was removed. They would not credit anything toward the rug that they should not have attempted to clean in the first place. $475 for nothing! The owner would never talk to me. The business manager told me that because it was an insurance claim I had to deal with the insurance company....what? I paid Heirloom directly...it had nothing to do with insurance.
Be cautious when dealing with Heirloom.

We had 3 rooms of carpet and a sectional steam cleaned, and about 500 sf of tile cleaned and sealed. Everything looks great. The sectional came out better than I expected. Troy was the technician and he was very polite and considerate. This is the third time we have used this company.

Very professional from the individual that took my order to the drivers that picked up my rug. The returned rug was clean, colors brighter, soft and smelled great. I would definitely use Heirloom rug cleaning again.

This is the third rug we've had cleaned by Heirloom. They are always very professional, courteous and easy to communicate with. They did a great job with all my rugs, and some of them were a challenge. I will definitely use them again.

Always does a good job on carpets. This was a special job for one area.

Got my rugs back the other day, and they look brand new!! These guys definitely know their stuff, gave me a little background on my rugs and their rug cleaning process. I dropped my rug off and got to take a peak at their rug washing area and WOW, its so cool!

Definitely worth the money, they showed me that vacuuming alone does not get your rug clean. Go with Heirloom!

They were prompt, efficient, but most of all extremely pleasant and thoughtful. They removed our rugs…eight of them… From our old home and took them to clean, restore, and get new pads for our new home where we were in the process of moving. They even kept the rugs for us long enough for us to get settled before returning them. When they were brought back the gentlemen that brought them back were wonderful, so careful to move everything exactly to a right place to put them down and line them up perfectly with the diagonal floor tiles and move the furniture seemingly effortlessly back. We were amazed at their rapidity and efficiency. In my very long life I have always had Oriental rugs as a part of it and found the pricing to be most competitive and very reasonable for their fine service. I highly recommend them all!

I contacted Heirloom Rugs to have a large wool oriental carpet cleaned. The pick up and delivery guys were great, very polite and professional. The people I spoke to on the phone were also very professional and accommodating. The problem is that the rug didn’t come clean at all. It did have 3-4 small coffee stains that I knew might not come out, but I was hoping that the rug overall would look cleaner-but it didn’t. The rug was sent back for another round of cleaning and spot treatment of the stains. The rug was brought back today and it looks no better, in fact it looks somewhat worse. The background color of the rug is ivory, but now looks sort of light tan or blush in places. I’m not sure what happened, maybe the red border bled onto the background? Other areas of the background are still ivory. It’s not a huge glaring color difference, but definitely noticeable to me. It just really doesn’t look any better than before I sent it off, and I’m my opinion, a little worse. On a positive note, the cotton fringe on the ends came out very clean, so maybe their cleaning process works better on cotton?

I had a pipe burst in a bedroom that damaged one of my heirloom oriental rugs. This company was quick to respond to my request for cleaning and deodorizing and came expeditiously to pick up my rug. They were done faster than promised. I was very impressed with that aspect. However, when they brought the rug, they forgot the pad, though did not inform me at the time they did not have any more of the material to make one, so it took another week or so for that to come and for it to be cut, then they brought both back. All-in-all, not a long process, though the communication overall could have been better. Additionally, though I paid extra for deodorizing, which the insurance did cover, the rug still had an odor that lingered for quite some time after cleaning. Though it was indicated on the clean tag, it just lead me to believe that either they did not apply the deodorizer or it did not work. All-in-all, not a bad experience, though I might consider giving a competitor an opportunity to beat their price and service.

They did a great job! The pickup guys were super nice and the rug came back great! At one point we had 3 dogs in the house ranging from large, medium, small. Long story short with a new baby and a really stinky dirty rug we had it cleaned! It came back like brand new! Highly recommend!

Heirloom did a great job. They came into my home, picked up my rugs, (took photos, etc.) took them to their location and cleaned them. Then returned them very clean and put them back in place, moving my furniture as needed. The gentlemen were kind, courteous and very good at communicating their location etc. I highly recommend HORC!

Heirloom did a super great job on my 50 year old Berber rug.
there where very old pet stain on the rug and a rug cleaner in another state could not remove it and I was under the impression that either I have to get rid of that very large and once expensive rug or live with the stains.

Heirloom washed the rug and when I got it back I could not believe my
eyes: the stain were gone(!!) and the plain white rug looks now like new!

an absolute outstanding job, the service is very professional and the
