Top notch quality and service! Had a doggy issue on a very large rug, and Heirloom did a great job returning my run in much better condition than when I dropped it off! This company is the best in the state. We did a lot of research before choosing a rug cleaning company. We wanted a full immersion process, not just a steamer type surface cleaning. This company uses top of the line equipment safe for even the finest rugs.

Peewee and the guys at Heirloom were terrific. They are very knowledgeable and gave honest upfront advice about a some handmade vintage rugs I had recently come across. I truly got the feeling that customer service is their top priority. When one of the rugs wasn't cleaned to my expectations they insisted on making it right by arranging pick up and cleaning it again. It was perfect. Highly recommended. Great job guys

Terrible company. They do not know how to clean high end rugs. The rug the took was white with a small spot the rug they returned was discolored see below. They promised to make it right but got a lawyer when we asked them for reimbursement.

They cleaned two 9x11 wool rugs and one 3x4 rug - Quick, professional, customer-oriented!

I inherited an antique oriental rug (125 years old). It was in such bad shape that I thought about throwing it away. It came back from Oriental Rug looking like it had just been weaved.

Had the pickup and drop off service done along with the rug cleaning. It was super easy and fast. My rug came back fresh clean and fluffy

They do not know how to clean all top-of-the-line rugs. They destroyed ours. If they were uncertain how to clean it, they should not have taken it to their shop or returned it unclean. Very disappointed. The rug was a couple months old now its worthless.

I had two rugs cleaned and you dud a beautiful job on both. One rug had been sitting at my mom’s house for awhile and that came back looking refreshed and bright. My other cheaper rug from the dining room was marked and worn. That came back looking wonderful with all marks gone. The gentlemen who came out were friendly, and quickly picked up and dropped off the rugs, got them placed and were delightful to deal with. I would certainly use this service again! Thank you all!

Heirloom is EASY to work with on scheduling, convenient use of text messaging. Pickup and delivery guys very professional and friendly. Our carpets were significantly damaged due to multiple little dogs in the house and Heirloom went out of their way to get them cleaned.

Exceptional cleaning of a loveseat (that I think is mohair and no one wants to clean), a 14-16’ long bench seat with back pillows and four accent chairs two of which I thought I’d be getting rid of they looked so bad. Stains I was sure would not come out because they’d been sitting for so long and everything is not just spotless, it has the nice clean fragrance. Barely noticeable but welcome.
