Not even a one star! Wish I could put picture up! Had high traffic area s and looked the exact same! I. Had to hire another company, Zerorez to clean very next day! Great job!! Still waiting on receipt or refund!!

I had a pipe burst in my wall at 10pm and Aerosteam arrived within the hour. Their work was excellent and thorough. Would recommend.

We use them for our Property Management company and they do a wonderful job. They are very dependable.

This company is very dishonest and deceitful. They owe my company a few thousand dollars and acknowledged it. Initially they (Michelle) in the office proclaimed they would provide reimbursement and a date to be sent. After 7 months of attempting communication, they have gone silent. No response and no refund. I would be weary using this company as integrity doesn’t seem to be a high priority.

My apartment complex brought them in when my place flooded, saturating the carpets. Chris worked really hard for hours and even fixed some of the mess that the plumbers didn’t finish. I can’t speak for their prices or anything but the service was great.

This amazing company has been cleaning my carpets for years as I had them done this past weekend. Ben and Chris did an amazing job and the carpets look like they are brand new and recently purchased. Both of these professionals were engaging and dedicated to the job at hand and did a phenomenal job all of this carpet. Michelle, who works in their office, is the pinnacle for customer service and is dedicated to ensure top quality service at a fair and reasonable price with amazing follow up to ensure customer satisfaction on the job-athon by their great company. I would recommend these folks to anybody looking for a great carpet cleaning company whether it be in immediate Duval county are right here in our little community of Mandarin.

I must say this has been the best service ever. My apartment has flooded on several occasions and each time the complex has sent out carpet cleaners to clean the floors. However none as awesome as Tim & Mike. The took their time and explained to me what they were going to do and why they were doing it. They truly went above and beyond at getting my apartment back on track. Thanks guys, you did a great job at cleaning everything.

Their work was quality and very prompt at everything they need to accomplish. When the job was complete, the carpets came out better then they looked when I first arrived. They are so good- our carpet looks like brand new after they were finished.

I had an appointment with this company today to clean out the dryer vent lines in our new home. After multiple failed attempts from different companies for the same problem they were the best solution. Tim and Mike service our home today and were very friendly, professional, and time efficient! This job was completed in under half an hour and I would recommend this company to anyone in the area who needs work done.

Had an appointment set for today between 12-2, at 145 they still hadn't shown up. I called them and was told they had an emergency. They tried to rescheduled, and I ask why didn't they contact me about needing to change the appointment. The guy on the phone said we are telling you now, we are contacting you know. Dumas I'm the one contacting you. You made no effort to contact me.

Raymond the owner was super fantastic. He did a thorough job cleaning my carpet. Spots that I thought would never come out, his machine sucked them up like a pro. He is THE BEST carpet cleaner in all of Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Trust me on this one and you will not regret it. To add to my pure joy today his prices are unbeatable. He was also friendly and very professional.

Raymond from Epic Cleaning came this week and cleaned all my carpet. The results were Amazing! All stains (some from my dog) were completely removed and the carpet looks like new.
If you are looking for a great carpet cleaner, Epic is by far the best. Raymond was very pleasant, professional and his prices very reasonable.

Epic Cleaning LLC is AMAZING! Owner came in and did an OUTSTANDING job for a very cheap price. We requested 3 rooms clean and he mastered it all for only $109.00 he also will clean your King mattress for $99. To save yourself sometime from calling other cleaning companies around Jacksonville, when I called all companies told me between $150-$250 just for the king mattress alone. Epic Cleaning LLC had the best prices and great results our carpet is very clean and also smell refreshing! THANK YOU Epic Cleaning LLC we are definitely satisfied customers and will use your services again in the near future!!

Raymond was excellent. He was so positive and polite. This guy was extremely fast and very professional. My place was a two man job but he did my place alone by himself.
