Raymond was on time, extremely professional, kind and patient with a carpet that has been through 4 kids and 2 dogs and was certainly showing its age. I cannot thank him enough for making it look like a completely different one and in just a couple of hours. The difference is out of this world; you’d never believe the before and after. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We had our living room and sectional cleaned by Epic and they couldn’t have done a better job. I forgot to get before pictures, but TRUST!!! Our sectional is a microfiber/suede material so I was nervous about having it cleaned, but they brought it back to life!! We’re customers for live!

I made sure to do extensive research on the best company out there and this company lived up to their many positive reviews. Working with Raymond was great - he took his time to do a thoroughly awesome job and my sofa and area rug have never looked so clean! He even gave us a preview of how our grout would look if we booked that service, and the before-and-after was shocking. The grout color looked like it did when we first moved into our home! Can’t wait to book him for that service. They are friendly, fair priced, and responsive. I needed this cleaning done as soon as possible and to my surprise, they were even able to accommodate us on the same day we called. Raymond did a fantastic job cleaning my white sofa and four chairs. I called him up and less than 24 hours my items were good as new. I had little hope they would look new again but he made it possible. I would recommend him to anyone needing a true professional!

Epic Cleaning rules! All my carpet and tile grout look like new. I had a pet with an incontinence issue also and he was able to completely clean all that out of the carpet and get rid of the bad smell. Now my house smells clean and fresh.
