I had Steven out the other day to service our AC. He fixed the problem and was very honest about what he had to do. I really appreciate honesty in today’s environment. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

Steven from Advantech was extremely helpful in fixing our a/c unit. He was very kind, quick in responding and thoroughly explained the issue he found and options in fixing. We will be doing our maintenance plan with him going forward!

My ac guy of 15 years would not return my calls. Steven called me back within 1 minute of me leaving a message. It was 1pm and he had a 3pm appointment but he squeezed me in, replaced an air handler motor, and air was working by 3pm so I paid him.
The next day, I noticed the blower was not shutting off. I was shutting it off by the circuit breaker so he set up for the next morning. He spent 1 1/2 hours diagnosing the previous AC tech’s rig job on the wiring. He got it working and didn’t charge me. I was stunned. He’s a great guy and very personable.

First of all, I must say that Steve is not a salesman. He does not twist your arm trying to convince of why you should purchase his units over others "which I experienced with Jacksonville's top 2 companies". Steve and his crew came in the following day, and within 3 hours they had everything removed, picked up, and new unit and thermostats installed. Have nothing but positive things to say about this company! Hope to be a customer of theirs for years to come.

Steven is true professional. Gets the job done and always willing to go the extra mile. I have worked with other companies and the experience was always horrible. Thank you for making your experience convenient and easy. My ac is up and running just in time for summer!

Steven is now my go to guy when it comes to ac repair. He is very professional, honest and polite. He found the problem with my unit right away and took time to explain to me what's going on and how it can be fixed. I've dealt with so many dishonest ac repair people since we bought a new ac unit from Florida Home Air Conditioning, they are a nightmare to deal with, I dont even know how they stay in business..Im glad I found Steven thanks to all his Google reviews! First of all it’s august and my AC had ice blocks growing in the garage and my unit in the back. The temperature was 86 degrees in the house and Steven came over within a couple of hours after a job on the same day that I noticed the broken system. He replaced my mother board and didn’t overcharge me. Best part is my house is cold only a couple of hours calling him. He arrived around 12:30 and was done around 3:30. Steven also removed some of the other potential rubbish around the AC unit outside and then educated me on maintenance. Will use him when I need to replace the big one. Bartrum Springs resident

Saturday our ac quit working. When it tried to come on it would only make a noise. I read reviews and decided to call advantech air. I spoke with Steve and he was at another job but would come over that day. When he looked at our ac he told us what needed to be replaced. He gave us a really great price. He came on time and he got our ac working well. He is curtious and polite. We are very pleased with his work. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends!

Steven was great! My AC wasn’t cooling properly. He first gave me advice on troubleshooting to see if I could fix the issue myself. When that didn’t work, he came promptly (and on a Friday afternoon!) Steven explained what the problem was and fixed it at an affordable price. My dogs and I are much happier now that we have AC again!

Advantech Air is a local small business owned & operated by an upstanding gentleman. As a small business owner, trying to compete with larger companies, I have compassion for what Steven is trying to do. He came out to my home because my ac quit working during the hot August summer. I have animals & kids in my home that couldn't go without ac. Steven came out on time & performed the fix in a timely manner with the professionalism I expect from a business owner. I appreciate what Steven did for me & my family.

Mr. Steve from Advantech Air told me rigth after he diagnosed the problem with my AC how much was going to cost me for the labor and how much for the parts. He is super honest and humble, very professional and super punctual. The process of changing my defective coil was smooth. I checked 3 other AC repairs websites and I chose him .... His prices were way more competitive than the others... so glad I did call him.

Steve is a very friendly professional that makes you feel comfortable that he will give you the best service, not like the others just there to sell something! Advantech Air was on time and remarkably responsive to my call even on a Sunday! Great competitive prices too! I know when it’s time for a new unit I’ll be calling Steve.

Steven totally saved our lives when our ac broke down this week !! He was very professional and courteous , and responded in a timely manner which we greatly appreciated. If we have any ac issues in the future we will definitely use his services again !!

This is a great local business. Steven is very professional, wont try and up charge you. Explains to you what is going on and your options to prolong your unit. He serviced our unit earlier this year and warned us that our unit might go out soon... sure nuff it did! He was able to come out, provide a reasonable quote and got us back up and running in no time. I support him 100% because he was able to give us cold air during this blazing hot summer in no time. I drove my car through my garage air conditioner last week, leaving me with no AC. I called Steven at 8 p.m. that night and he came by the next day. My boyfriend and I were both impressed with his amazing customer service and genuine sensitivity to our situation. Steven came and worked on our air conditioner for more than 3 hours after already working a super long day. Not having AC is never a fun experience, but if you ever find yourself in that situation I would absolutely recommend working with this company!

Steven helped us out a lot and was able to come thru at a moments notice and stayed until the job was done. Super professional! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area. He went as far as putting up two different thermostats and found a bad wire and knew how to repair it. Thanks Advantage Air for keeping us warm!

It's not an easy situation replacing your AC unit, however, our process was very smooth. After calling 3 companies (one of which we used in the past), we felt Steve was our most honest and fair priced service. He treated our home with respect, wore shoe covers, and was avalable when it worked for us. Thank you Steve for an incredible service!
