Steven was absolutely amazing! He has repaired our unit over the last years, then when needed to be replaced he was our go to! Trane and Rheem certified and extremely knowledgeable. He has a passion for helping others and love that he has for his business is unlike anyone we've ever worked with.

Steven was amazing I had a 13-year-old Central AC system that had been installed by a previous owners handyman. Steven came in knowing that I was looking for a new Central AC system he came quickly assessed the situation explain to me what he thought would be best for my particular application later that same evening I received an estimate that was incredibly fair and reasonable and we proceeded with the job Steven is incredibly knowledgeable and talented at what he does and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my family and friends. A year ago I called for service on my AC. I spoke to Stephen and he was very courteous and not only was he fast but he had no problem coming after hours to make sure that we had cold air. He quoted me for a system and although we weren’t financially ready, we knew that we would do business with Stephen and Advantech in the future. That time came this week. He once again made sure to come to the house same day but he had a new unit installed in less than 24 hours. He walked us through the nest app and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a fantastic customer experience. On top of it all the price was amazing. This year 2020, even with everything going on, he was able to still come out with short notice. His work is exceptional, he cleans after himself (I don’t have to worry about him tracking dirt through my house or leaving trash), he’s professional and just a down right good guy!!!! Highly recommended Advantech!!! Steve was friendly, professional and prompt. I called this am worried that my AC had stopped working overnight. He was able to come take a look at my system same day at noon and resolve the issue in under 30 minutes. I am relieved to have my AC back up and running and so glad I went with this company to fix the issue. If I ever need AC repair again in the future, I know who to call.

Stephen from Advantech Air was incredible. Our AC cut out in the middle of August. He met us at our home the day we called him, and gave us an honest review of our situation and what we could do. He gave us a fair price on a new system, and installed it within a few hours on install day. Our home has never been cooler, and our energy bill is down. Stephen is a stand-up individual and I will continue to work with him in the years to come. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a new AC system, or maintenance on their AC.

Steven was great!!!! AC went out the night before gave him a call since he was highly recommended by neighbors he returned call and said will be out next morning. He came inspected AC unit repaired it and provided a thorough inspection of the outside unit and inside system he noticed flood sensor on inside system was not connected and went ahead and connected it for us. The owner Steven is awesome. Always responds to your call and knows what he is talking about. Friendly, understanding and wants his customers to be happy. He serviced my home and my parents home through the years. He didn't even charge me for something small just because he is truthful and has outstanding character. To many big companies out there that don't give the personal attention and detail that this company offers. Honest and dependable!! You will not be sorry if you trust him with your needs.

Steven came out to patch up a leak at 7 p.m. on a weekday. Days later, he put in a new system and it was a painless process. He even registered the unit with Trane for me. Much appreciated. I'll call him in 20 years!
