But let me tell you about my recent new HVAC installation with AdvanTech Air – it was such a pleasant and truly satisfying experience from start to finish. From the initial pre-installation visit all the way through the half-day installation and even the city inspection, everything went so smoothly.

Steven, who is the HVAC technician and owner, is just fantastic. He's so personable, polite, and incredibly professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain exactly what to expect during the entire process, and I really appreciated his honesty and transparency.

Initially, I was planning on getting estimates from a few different HVAC companies. However, after speaking with Steven, I just knew I didn't need to reach out to anyone else. The total price he quoted was actually a little lower than two other local, small-sized companies. But honestly, what impressed me the most was how detail-oriented and meticulous he and his assistant were while installing the new system.

He truly transformed what could have been a really stressful event – replacing my old 19-year-old HVAC system – into something extremely pleasant and completely stress-free. Steven is great. Very honest, efficient and knowledgeable. He has fixed our Trane unit twice, once last year when a part failed under warranty, and today when a wear and tear part failed. Today he replaced the part it needed and had it running a few minutes after he arrived! Very nice person to deal with when your heat/ac isn’t working.

Called in the afternoon and 20 minutes later my A/C system was being repaired! Could fit me into his schedule same day! Excellent service, highly recommend!
