Fair, honest and fast service. I dont really write many review but when a company saves me money and gets my air working at the same time, that is worthy of a few words. A friend referred them and I will certainly refer them to anyone I know needing heating or ac service in the future!

Very professional company ran by honest people. Quick response time and very knowledgeable technicians. The other companys wouldnt even work on my air conditioner and told me if they did it wouldnt last a month. Bowmans technicians found and fixed the issue and its been running for over three years now. CALL THEM before you have any repairs or replacement of equipment done. Take my word for it you wont regret it.

Great family owned business in Jacksonville. Sam and the team provides an honest assessment of your problem, they don't try and sell you repairs and upgrades that you don't need. They respond quickly and provide a fair price. Jewls provides great admin and scheduling support from the office. Highly recommended.

We’ve been using Bowman for 5 years now. We have a Trane system that they didn’t install but have worked on many issues that we have had with it. It was going on 15 years old when we 1st called them. On one occasion there was a short in the system and the service Tech, Burl, worked on it for hours and finally found it. When he showed me where it was I was shocked that he was actually able to find it. They haven’t always been perfect and a few times had to come back out to redo something but they have always been fair. Recently after being away from Jax for 10 months we came home to a non-working system. Gavin came out and within 15 mins located the issue. We were at a place of thinking it may be best to get a new system but after a few weeks decided to just have it fixed. Gavin came back out and took care of it and now she’s working like a new one. When it is time to get a new system we will be calling Bowman but we will be doing a lot of research on what unit is the best choice for us.

This is my heating and cooling company and the only one I will recommend to everyone. They are five stars for all around great service. From the receptionist to the technician and the pricing they can't be beat. If you need service call Bowman and relax because they will take good care of you and your unit.

Employee Gage. Came to my home and kicked butt. He found, a d alleviated us of our problem , point blank like. In and out. Actually had to beg him to feel at home; as he he did his greatest, forever is paying his wages. Owners should be great full. My wife and I surely are

After waiting weeks for a competitor to return, I called Bowman. Within an hour they were at my house. Within an hour they fixed everything the competitors had messed up during installation. The guys were friendly and willing to show/explain what they were doing and why. They will be my first and only call going forward.

I would highly recommend Bowman Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone that is looking for a professional yet very affordable company to handle all of your heating and cooling needs. They have always been personable and will go out of there way to work around their busy schedule to accommodate the customers needs. I have had the pleasure of being a customer for many years and every experience has been awesome. The owner Mr. Drury, the administrative staff and the technicians are all top notch and the prices cant be beat.

I had called several heating and air conditioner services to get a quote to pull and clean the evaporator coil on my Trane AC unit. Bowman was the only company that gave me pricing for the job to which I felt was reasonable. Their technician Doug, did a very thorough cleaning and ensured the unit was fully charged with freon and the system was operating properly. I was very pleased with his work and his not minding me watching him and asking questions. I will be using Bowman Heating & Air Conditioning in the future and I'm proud to rate their business 5 Stars.

Leo with Bowman Heating and Air showed up today on time as scheduled and installed mini-split unit. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I worked with Bowman for 20+ years. Their customer service is top notch, and they are quick to respond nights and weekends when I have had to call them.

called because our ac was running but the compressor wasn't. Gage came out and had it opened and fixed in about an hour. also did a full maintenance and made sure the house was cool. what could have been over 7k to replace turned into an affordable repair with the kindest and most efficient staff i have ever had the pleasure to work with! HIGHLY recommend. ​

I was fortunate enough to find Bowman Heating and AC back in 2013. They were recommended to me by a friend that had worked with them and she attested to their honesty. They installed a new unit for me and have serviced that unit for 11 years and all of my dealings with them have proven to me they are honest and always do good work. I had the opportunity to meet them at a family member's house this week with what we were scared was the need for a new unit. Their honesty was again shining when we only needed a repair and our total bill was only $425. This unit will need to be replaced in a few years and we will definitely go with Bowman again. I cannot recommend this company enough for their good work, honesty and fair prices.

Great experience with Bowman Air! Karina was super helpful in setting up our appointment and kept us updated on the technician's arrival time. Gage was professional, arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC unit. He was able to fix it the same day, which was a huge relief. Highly recommend them for service. Efficient, reliable, and friendly from start to finish!

Never will I use Bowman HVAC in Jax again! Will never have another Goodman Product either. Less than a year after they installed a new heat pump the compressor died. Then took 5 days to get a the parts. Try 5 days in Jacksonville Florida in September without A/C. I only had to 3 nights but my poor wife had to deal with all 5. Neither Bowman or Goodman stood behind there product for anything but the compressor. Not for the Freon? Not for the other parts needed to replace a compressor and not for the technician’s labor. Made the warranty a joke as I paid $735 less than a year after paying $2,500 to replace the heat pump they said needed replacing with the unit they recommended.

Gotta watch that driving, my man. Pulling out with so little room that people have to tap their brakes ain't a good look for your insurance

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THE OWNER IS COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, ARROGANT, AND RUDE. HE CUSSED OUT A CLIENT OVER THE PHONE FOR A SIMPLE PROBLEM THAT HE COULD NOT FIGURE OUT AND REFUSED TO FINISH THE JOB. BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS LOUSY SERVICE.

Miserable people that want to milk you for all your money and watch you shrivel away during floridas summer scorchers. Jewels and the entire team are incompetent people that dont care for anyone but themselves. Also the owner called himself "the master of a/c", which I thought was a bit egotisical and completey untrue. They know nothing about temperature. I dont think they even know how to freeze ice or spark a match. Also they fabricate their reviews online.

So far beyond fed up with the run-around received from this company. They were hired to install an 8kw Goodman combo heat/ A.C. unit on a new buid. 6 months after moving in the air conditioning unit is dumping mold into the house. -This is an enclosed unit that only requres the inside air filter to be changed, no other regular maintenance as confirmed by the tech- I have already had to throw out over 3k worth of wooden furniture that was contaminated by the mold. All of this caused by a faulty install of the drain pan (confirmed by their own technician) which allowed condensation to over flow the drain pan and sit in the air handler.

Bowman has been notified of this and after not returning my calls for 2 weeks now tell me that they will not stand behind their installation of the product. They will not replace the unit that is dumping mold into the house for my 4 month, 19 month and 7 year olds to breathe in around the clock(not to mention myself, wife and pets).

I am very disappointed in this company. After looking at my AC unit on Saturday and determining the problem could not be fixed the same day, no problem. They would call me back next business day to give a quote. But the problem is the worker broke my outdoor faucet and did not tell me. I found out it was broken later that night. This person also put a black band over the water hose to stop the flow of water because it would not shut off! Why would the worker not tell me!! How can I trust a company that does this? As of today I have not heard back from them with a quote and dont want to. Money gone down the drain and more money to fix a faucet!
