Credible AC came out right away for our broken unit and did a full replacement even though it was late. The prices are unbeatable, service is amazing. Our unit was installed 2 months ago. We even forgot to change a filter which created a weird noise, a technician came out and was very understanding, nice, and patient!!

Got a new system from them. Their competitor quoted the $7,000 range , but they were able to do it way below that. They installed the system in about 4 hours, which seemed quick to me.

My system went out 3 weeks later. The company said they could send someone tomorrow, but thankfully the manager decided to come about an hour down to help us out. He quickly fixed the issue with the loose wiring from the original ac system. It has been working well ever since.

I strongly recommend them! My ac is running 5-7hrs as opposed to 9-11 hours now.

Had to replace my very old broke HVAC this summer and choose Credible AC after got estimates from several companies to compare pricing and services. My unit has pancake system which was very unique and hard to get someone willing to do the job. I really appreciate the agility from Credible AC team to get my HVAC replaced and working properly. They did great job!

The owner from Credible AC was very knowledgeable & professional when
I called to have my unit in my home checked as the. unit was freezing up & hardly any heat.He recommended a new unit as there was several leaks in the system.when I inquired about cost he was very accommodating in giving me as many discounts available & explaining all details about the newer unit.we also had our Ac ducts cleaned by this company.
The owner & employees are all very polite & respectful.

We received three quotes for a replacement AC unit and decided to go with Credible because the value was clear and Eugene did a really thorough explanation of the options. While the price quoted was in the middle of our other two quotes, we felt that you get what you pay for. We purchased a Lennox 3 ton unit to replace the 12 year old Carrier that we had from the time our home was built.

Eugene came to our home in the morning and we had a new unit and thermostat that afternoon. The installation was done by a team of two who were efficient and tidy. From start to finish, the installation took less than 4 hours. We are looking forward to benefitting from our new ac unit for years to come. We plan to get a service contract with Credible too!

Technician was outstanding despite the fact I was actually really rude and blamed them when they actually came back went above and beyond for me and got my ac working better then it previously was.

I could but believe that from start to finish, a brand new, installed AC system in less than 24 hours. Dennis did a great job, and everything was left clean at the end of the job. Very happy with this company's service.

My 94 year old mother called me on a Friday morning during extremely cold weather to say her heat stopped working. I called credible AC. They had several other installation appointments that day but added my mother at the end of the day because they were concerned about her. They were at her house until late that night only to discover a full unit replacement or replacement of 4-5 major components was needed. The unit was old. They said it would be Monday before they could parts or a replacement. I took my mom home with me. Monday they called to give pricing for both options. We chose full replacement. They jumped through hoops to get the unit that day and started installation at 4pm. They worked until almost 10pm. They left everything clean and working. My mom was beyond happy. I took her home Tuesday morning and discovered the thermostat was malfunctioning. She would set the unit at 75 degrees and within 30 minutes the thermostat would reset itself to 62 degrees. This happened numerous times. I called the company. They came out that night at 8:30pm to see what was going on. The technician immediately found the issue. The thermostat was programmable and had been programmed ( apparently from the factory)at 62 degrees. Therefore it was overriding what she put in. I told the technician she did not need or want the program feature. He disabled it. He was there 15 minutes. Everything has worked wonderfully since then. My mom is home and is warm and happy. I am 73 years old and have never experienced such a professional, friendly, caring and responsive company in my life. The owners and technicians responded as if they were helping their own families. This company is #1 in my eyes and my mom’s. I could go on but the bottom line is, for friendly, professional , caring and cost efficient service you cannot beat Credible AC. Their name certainly describes them well. Thanks Credible, you were fantastic. May God bless each of you. You ARE the best. By the way, did I mention they replaced my HVAC about 2 months ago with the same impressive pricing and service.
