Always a good experience with Elite AC. The technician, Kasey explained everything clearly and did a thorough job of the maintenance. Elite AC was recommended to me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

Daryl came by in April to give me a quote and the price was still the same in August when I had the unit installed. Zach was a huge help in the office and the technicians were on time and did the install within 4 hours. The unit is running well. Thanks all.

I am extremely greatfull to have found this company. I talked to Darel and he gave me the best quote I received. I got a total of ‘ay e 4 or 5 quotes and by far his was the best. I even got additional services done with them and I still payed less that with the other companies ( I was only replacing my units with all the other companies) My technician was Zach. Zach and his partner are great. They are friendly, work fast, they worked with my schedule. I recommend this company 1000% I couldn’t be happier that they where able to help me get a better price, fix additional issues I didn’t think I was going to be able to and have it done so quickly.

The experience with Elite A/C was excellent. A request for an estimate for a new HVAC system resulted in a visit the same day. Daryl Roy was punctual, friendly, and clearly an expert. All options were explained, and all questions were answered without pressure. The free estimate was comprehensive and a reasonable price. The professionalism and responsiveness were impressive.

Seth was pleasant and knew what he was doing. Price was reasonable compared to others. Job well done.

I would like to add to this junko hornbeck had her ac system replaced by Seth and Audra they did a very professional installation very neat and clean. Justin came out to repair the system and could do that but with his suggestion and showing us the condition of the current unit we decided to go with a new unit. Justin is awesome also. Matt Butler was great he explained everything to us and gave us options. We have decided to go with a new unit because he did not try and up sell us.

Justin Jewell, was the lead installer when we purchased our new AC unit this week from Elite AC. He was professional, friendly, and made the 97 degree day enjoyable. I’m fairly inquisitive to how things work, and he was very friendly and supportive on explaining what he was doing along the way. The entire job was completed in about eight hours, and that included replacing ducts in the attic with larger runs, removing the old unit, outside and inside. The inside unit is mounted on the garage ceiling, with a very tight fit, so it was not the easiest location, requiring them to work on ladders the entire time. The house is now cooled to a comfortable 71 degrees with little effort for the new unit. I would welcome Justin any time, and want to thank him for how hard he worked performing the install, and thank his coworker. It was a pleasure meeting you and thanks for a quality install!!!!

I had another experience two weeks later with Seth Crook and Nick Minkle. The system was shutting off and restarting for no apparent reason. Seth and Nick worked two long days to diagnose and correct the issue.
Thank you both for all the hard work. These guys kept their cool 😎 the entire time while diagnosing and repairing.

Having a 10 year warranty is great peace of mind.

Elite AC LLC is an excellent company that responded immediately when I called. Richard Dorris came to the house to inspect the AC and explained the problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. I would recommend Elite to anyone with AC problems.

Eddie Morales did an excellent job. Explaining every step of the way. I still don’t have cold air. But there are other issues. I already made an Appointment. To get it fixed. They were the company that did the original install. I would highly recommend. I hope they send Eddie again. He brings great value with his knowledge. Jesus the man bring tenacity he is a trooper. Talk about knowledge n focus.

Yesterday I had routine maintenance. Let me tell you, it was way more than routine! Casey came out (first time here and knew with Elite AC) and spent over 1 hour! He then took the time to show me photos of things he found/tuned up and explained in detail what he did! I have never had such thorough service. Casey was also very professional and personable! I hope Elite AC recognizes how valuable an employee he is!

Had a great experience with Seth! Explained everything if full detail, and walked us through what we needed in a new unit! There were also other services that we requested that the install technicians didn’t get to the day of my install, Seth came back make sure everything was completed to my liking!!! I felt like everything we purchased was at a fair price!

My experience with Elite Ac was a really great experience. The technician Richard was an awesome guy doing the job. My AC is fixed now their response time and work time is really great. This is a really good company to have service your Ac.

They did an amazing job installing my new Carrier system. I had another company install a unit that I had continuous problems with. I called elite AC to come give me a quote. They gave me an amazing price and the workmanship of their installers was amazing. They installed the unit with no issues and showed me how to properly use my smart thermostat. Replacement/Install: Had an appointment within 48 hours. We met with an A/C professional named Marshal. He did not try and over sale anything. Marshal was honest, competent, friendly and professional. Prices were affordable and reasonable. The very next day Elite AC sent us another amazing technician, Brian. Brian was honest, hard working, competent, friendly and professional. See pictures. Brian even placed a drop cloth on our stairs and his work area. 5 stars big time!! These guys went above and beyond! Brian also placed the outside drainage away from the house. Highly recommend. Found Elite AC in my neighborhood doing other A/C repairs and installs. Very satisfied customer. Thank you.

Called them in to do an AC tune up and Ryan B provided me with very valuable information regarding my unit and ducts. Provided excellent service, incredibly professional, and explained the technical items in a way that I could understand. Overall, really happy with today’s service and so glad I found this company!
