Nico is the best AC tech we’ve ever had from Elite AC and is what makes them ELITE. He solved an issue that has been ongoing for years by doing whatever it took to get the job done. Several hours in the attic replacing dampers to make sure the AC is working like new. I cannot say enough good things about Nico, but do think he deserves a raise! Thank you!

My nasty leaking plenum just above the handler in the garage finally blew out. Ryan tool pity on my "patch" (thats a generous description) quoted me a fair price and had the tech Jesus here a few days later. Pictures are worth a thousand words. Boy is that true in this case. My first call for hvac will Elite. Everytime.

Came. I told them what needs to be done. Got everything done within a week. Very fast and stayed up on current communication. No phone tag. Very impress with everyone helping out. Getting this installation done. Will recommend. Thank you.

I can’t recommend Elite AC enough! I was traveling outside of the country when my AC unit stopped working. Daryl was awesome and got to my house the same day while a friend of mine was there pet sitting. The diagnosis was quick and he was extremely honest about what would work in my house.
Justin and Luis were ultimate professionals and did an amazing job getting everything installed a day later!
The entire team is fabulous and I will be recommending them personally to others!

I called Daryl in the evening and he took my call and answered all questions and came out the next morning. He was friendly, easy to talk with and honest. He took the time to clearly explain my replacement options and all financing options. I felt comfortable and confident with Daryl so my unit is being installed today!

Andres came and replaced the evaporator coil, EEV, bi flow filter drier and stepper motor. He detailed everything he was doing and explained our options regarding the heat. He was very friendly and cleaned up the area where my wife didn’t have to go behind him. He gets high marks from us!!!

Had our system replaced and Jose and his partner did a fantastic job. They completed the install quickly and explained everything to us. We have used Elite every since we purchased our unit and have always been pleased with their service.

Seth came out to our house to address an issue with our unit not properly utilizing auxiliary heat mode; Seth was kind in letting us know it was user error and just needed to adjust a setting in our Nest app. The whole service was exemplary and he was very informative regarding what he was doing and the findings of his work. When we need service in the future, Seth would ideally be our requested technician.

Awesome service, diagnosed the problem (the real problem, another vendor diagnosed the compressor being bad). Changed to the correct capacitor, previous tech changed capacitor previously and instead of installing the correct capacitor he changed it to 2 separate capacitors. Unit runs great now. The tech (Andres Chavez) was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. One of the best technicians that I’ve dealt with, I highly recommend this company due to the integrity that I’ve felt from their service. Tech did some additional maintenance also, very happy with price and service provided.

Ryan did an exceptional work in our house. He installed a Rainier tankless water heater, a water softener system and a hot insinkerator dispenser. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous gentleman. If I could, I would give him and the company a 5K star review. Highly recommended. Just give them a call!

Daryl did an excellent job inspecting our HVAC system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was checking and why. The service was quick and thorough, and he made sure everything was running properly before leaving. Highly recommend him and the team!

Elite AC has been super professional and responsive every step of the way in our AC replacement. They have answered all of our questions and concerns, and have done the due diligence to complete the work correctly and document all receipts and changes. Luis and team made sure that our wall vent was able to be reused and that everything would be covered (another AC company was going to leave it open and on us to get a new vent), painted up areas around the install that needed some fresh love which was awesome, and helped clean up any insulation debris in the vents and from the wall post installation. The office has been organized and professional on next steps and responsive after inspection. It’s important that the work be done well and Elite AC has made sure to get everything in a good spot! Would definitely recommend for any AC installs or repairs.

My experience was excellent from start to finish.Luis and Andy were suburb, so kind and courteous to me .Luis was professional and made sure my new unit was working to perfection before he left . Elite is new to me but a forever from now on . I must mention Daryl too , he never pressured me and also put me at ease . He was wonderful too . A big thank you to Elite !

Excellent Svc Ryan gave me estimates on both repair and replace Hot water tank. Andy Warner changed out water tank. One day and it was done. Best thing Elite didn’t try to sell to me first. I had a choice replacement or repair. Excellent service all around !! Priceless!!

Extremely satisfied with Elite A/C. I needed a water heater replaced, and the company took care of the job expeditiously. Andy was very knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond to get a new water heater installed. I highly recommend this company.

Nico did a fantastic job in diagnosing and fixing the issue we had with our HVAC system. The process was easy and affordable and Nico was a true professional. He answered any questions that we had and we'll absolutely be using Elite for future issues/maintenance.

Additionally, we had our ducts/vents cleaned by Victor. As with Nico, he was prompt, professional, and the service was affordable. Can't recommend them enough.

In need of a new AC, I researched many of the enormous number of companies out there & focused on Elite AC after interviewing several contractors. I'm now scheduled for installation & will let you know how it goes. However, based on the excellent experience I had with sales rep, Richard D., I'm confident the job will be done to my high standards. But a word or two about Richard. I was impressed with his knowledge & experience. When he's not selling AC units, he's servicing them. I thought my extensive research taught me a lot, he taught me more. More importantly, he helped me to decide on the best quality unit for my home at a price substantially below what I expected to pay & well below prices from other AC companies. Thank you, Richard for going above & beyond the call of duty for the skeptical & difficult customer I am.

Andres Chavez performed a service call pertaining to the heating mode of our newly installed system. He did a continuity check of the system and found that the wiring was installed incorrectly. His display of professionalism and knowledge was outstanding. His patience in assisting me with the app setup was greatly appreciated. He’s truly an important resource to this company. Seth and Jacob diagnosed and replaced the compressor for my HVAC system. Though I was disappointed that it failed within 7 years. It was replaced under warranty and I couldn’t have been happier with their easy going and professional approach.
