Excellent experience from start to finish. We had two AC units installed, and the crew did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient, and they made sure everything was working properly before leaving. The systems are performing well, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Lead tech Justin Jewell is a third generation A/C Technician. I personally knew Justin's
grandfather who also was a top rated A/C Technician. I would Highly recommend.

Victor was outstanding. He performed the diamond duct cleaning which I would recommend to anyone. The amount of dust removed from my ducts almost filled the vacuum bag! He was very polite and professional. He cleaned up all the debris from the cleaning. He provided recommendations to help maintain my ducts and to help keep my HVAC system clean. Thanks Victor!!!!

Victor Encarnacion was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He performed a diamond rotobrush cleaning and inspected our A/C unit. He also took pictures of what he did and what he saw while examining our unit, which was very helpful. I will recommend Elite AC LLC to others.

They were able to get a sales tech out very quickly (next day) and had a nice tracking website for once the tech was on the way (as opposed to “on the way” but still take over an hour to get there). Seth Crook was my tech and he seemed knowledgeable and was very polite. Helped me out and gave me a good honest opinion. Will be having my actual work done with them, so workmanship is TBD.

Thomas did a great job with removal of old ac pkg unit and instal of new package unit... even though it was just him, he handled it like a champ... got me heat and ac and walked me through new unit/ thermostat... very pleased to be up and running again <Give that man a raise>

I used to use this place, but no more. Recommended to my son. A capacitor was changed out and when he paid he was tricked into a service agreement. It took months to get his money back. If you're unhappy go straight to BBB. That was the only thing that prompted a refund. I no longer use or recommend. Embarrassing to recommend and have this happen.
