Howard Services responds very quickly any time we have called with an AC issue. However, because of the regular servicing that is done, we rarely have to call. We appreciate their great service and courteous customer service.

Amazing Customer Service. Our system went down and we were delighted at how quick Howard Services responded and got us back up and running.

Cant speak highly enough of this company. We just bought a new condo and the AC was pretty much shot. Stuart Caron went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed, great financing option (interest free). the whole thing took less than an hour via emails and it gets installed in 2 days time. Thats service! thank you.

This company clearly takes pride in its excellent work and customer service. When another company pressured me into thinking our furnace was broken, these guys gave me a third opinion and discovered the problem was a broken fuse. The technicians are qualified and a great pleasure to work with. I greatly endorse them to all my family and friends.

Awesome service! They came out and looked at what needed to be done and what unit I needed and they were back out the next day installing my air conditioner! I live about 1.5 hours from them and they did all of this! They gave me a great deal and were courteous! I will continue to use them for all of my air conditioning needs. I will also be referring them to everyone I know!

Sorry, I'm continuing my review. I used another company because I had a coupon from one of the coupon magazines and quickly learned it was just a bait and switch. Howard Services came out and not only quickly diagnosed the problem, but they were about $500 cheaper than the "coupon company".

Now to this year...I am in the process of selling my house and the people who are buying our house had a home inspection done and it said the A/C unit was not performing at optimal temperature. I called Howard Service and one of their techs, Scott, was out here in about two hours and I told him about the inspection and said let me guess... and told me exactly what my home inspection said. For a great price, Scott thoroughly went through my unit and ran several diagnostic tests and gave me a detailed work sheet and went over it twice (I can be kind of slow sometimes, Ha!) Now the future homeowner not only has reassurance that the A/C is working at its optimal performance, but they now have the contact name of the best AND MOST HONEST AND RELIABLE A/C company in Jacksonville, because they are moving here from Georgia.

During regular maintenance, I told my technician, Matt, that the unit was making a fairly loud 'reving up' sound when it came on. He investigated it and found the motor was going out. He immediately checked to see if another one was available & asked if I wanted it replaced that day. Of course I did since summer is right around the corner. He installed & tested it and it works wonderful. This is the quietest my unit has been in over a year! By the way, I mentioned the same problem to my previous tech last year but he brushed it off as a temporary problem that would go away.
Matt was very thorough when doing the regular maintenance, checking pressure and cleaning the unit inside and out (never had another technician do that before).
I'm VERY pleased with his service and will continue to stay with Howard Svcs as long as I keep great service like Matt's!

Howard Services does it again!! Everyone from Brittany in the office to Adam the service tech are the best!! Adam was more than helpful explaining what he found and what it took to fix it. Clean, courteous, and efficient. Highly recommend them!!

Scott came out within 90 minutes and fixed my HVAC system on a super hot day (85+ indoors.) Thank you all so much. Will be a future customer, and I'll see what I can do about getting y'all I'm on my commercial jobs going forward. Incredible local company that knows their stuff.

We have nothing but positive things to say about Howard Heating and Air. Adam W was very humble and professional. He listened to the issue and got to work diagnosing the issue right away (unlike some who waste time just to run the bill up). He not only figured out the issue promptly, but explained it very well to me. He also seemed budget conscious, which I greatly appreciate in a field where most aren’t! He found parts within our budget and got our AC up to par within the day, even fixing faulty work done by the original installer. It actually works better now than it ever has!

Howard Services has service my A/C system for years. They have always been responsive and professional with every call. Their residential technicians are helpful and efficient. Whether an emergency or a service call I would highly recommend this company.

A few days ago, my thermostat gave out after 10 years. I bought another one and installed it myself. Only problem is that something happened to the ac unit itself. I called Howard Services and spoke to a phone rep, who said it sounded like an easy fix. Naturally I was relieved. Dayle came out and looked at a few things, fixed a connection, and replaced a fuse. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Like the phone rep said, an easy fix. I realize anyone could have come out and said I needed a new thermostat, but not this company.
The unit was working but appeared to not be as cool as before. I called Howard back and told them of the issue. Without hesitation Kevin came out that night. He tested a few things and located the problem. His knowledge and professionalism were clearly on display. Another fix, and I was back to working normally. Never did I feel like I was being taken or misled. I highly recommend this company for their courtesy, knowledge and professionalism. I am not a relative of the company or a personal friend. Just a very happy customer who will call them my a/c company from now on.

I’m a business owner and have Howard service maintenance all of my equipment including my walk-in cooler and freezer. And 3 air conditioning units. Evan is my usual technician but have also had the pleasure of having Adam Scott Dayle and Ray. Any time i have a problem they are on it. Very professional and so friendly. Fair prices too. I will always use them.

Technician Adam was at my house within 45 minutes of my request for service. He was courteous and very knowledgeable; he diagnosed the issue with our central heat/air quickly and then gave us options for repair. Once he was able to identify the problem he explained that because our system was older it would be in our best interest to replace the entire unit rather than deal with a barrage of expensive repairs in the future. He explained the difference between the different units, and their efficiency. He helped us to get the best system for our home at the best price.

Adam is great! His work is superb and efficient. He explains everything and hope I can always have him come exclusively. I have had Howard Services over the years and would definitely recommend them to anybody needing a/c purchase or repair!!!
