Adam with Howard services is a very nice and professional repairman. He fixed our ac very quickly, took pictures and video of what he did, and saved us a lot of money. I am very grateful to him. This is an exvellent company. Very responsible. No B.S.

Howard Services is hands down #1 in my book. We have had their services for a while, and I can count on them every time! Kathy is amazing! I can call anytime and they have someone out the next day. Friendly staff, that is knowledgeable and hard working. They know how to get the job done. I HIGHLY recommend them! Hands down the BEST!

Howard Services to the rescue! I had another company, Service Experts, tell me that I needed a part replaced which could be a very expensive. This part was covered under the manufacturer warranty, but not my one year home warranty. After trying for 3 days to get an estimate on the labor with no success, I called Howard Services. They came out the same day & discovered that the disconnect had been taken out and turned over as well as a low voltage wire had been undone. They corrected these two things and my unit was running perfectly. The other company said I needed a part that I did not, and it appeared that the unit had been tampered with to not work correctly. It taught me to always get a second opinion. Thank you Howard Services for your great service & honesty!

I love my new HVAC Carrier system!! Howard Services was great and made sure that I was completely satisfied before they left my home on Monday. Their customer service was outstanding and they made me smile which is hard to do, especially when I’m spending money..I would recommend them to anyone who is having AC trouble. A truly fantastic company!! From the first contact with Kathy in the office to my technician Ray, Howard Services went above and beyond. The work was done same day and with reasonable pricing!! I will use Howard Services in the future and recommend to all my friends and family!!

I have a maintenance agreement with Howard Services and scheduled an appointment for a routine check of my system on May 27, 2021. Matthew arrived an was very personable and professional. He checked and cleaned the system, recommended replacement to two electrical components which I agreed to and added some freon. Matthew was very knowledgeable, thorough and efficient and explained what he was doing. We are about to enter the hottest part of the year and I don't want to make an emergency ($$$) AC repair call. I have had Howard Services for serveral years and would definitely recommend them and Matthew to anybody needing a/c purchase, maintenance, or repair.

Everyone I interacted with at Howard Services was awesome!!! Kathy was very friendly and knowledgeable! Our technician, Adam was courteous and honest! He serviced our unit in a timely manner while being very professional. I'd highly recommend their services to anyone!

We've used Howard Services for years and always had great service! Adam came out today for our regular maintenance and he did a great job! He was extremely thorough and even fixed a problem I've been dealing with for over a year with one of the bedrooms. Very knowledgeable and professional. I'll be requesting him from now on.

I have been using Howard Services for several years. With their awesome and honest repair technicians, I managed to get 26 years out of my Trane unit. I knew I was on borrowed time, and when I decided to bite the bullet and replace the entire system, I knew exactly who I wanted to do the job. I did not need to waste my time by shopping around in an attempt to save a few dollars. I was confident that Howard Services would give me the best deal possible and the right sized unit to meet my needs.... And they did! Stewart and Chris were very knowledgeable and straight forward. The installation guys were super nice, professional and very trustworthy. After my new unit was installed, I hired Howard Services to clean my air ducts. All I can say is WOW!! No more musty smell when the air kicks on and I am not having to dust my furniture nearly as often as before! Very seldom do I ever take the time to write a review for a business or product, but I am so pleased with Howard Services that I felt compelled to share.

We have used Howard Services for our Air conditioning and heat needs for 40 years. Today our service tech was Joe Bass. He was so professional and helpful. We had our home and office serviced. We would recommend Howard Services

Had a couple issues with our heat pump. David from Howard services came out and worked on the heat part and got it working correctly. This afternoon we had issues with the air conditioner part. Called and David came back. After working on it again it was determined that I needed to replace this 9 year old unit. David was very efficient, explained everything to us and was honest enough to let us know we could just start replacing parts. Rather than do that I told him we wanted to replace it. Now to get that done by Howard’s. Have had nothing but excellent service from this company and would hope to have David do any future serving when needed. Top notch company and technician. Five star in my book.

Have used Howard for 30+ years and I have found their initial costs to be a little high, but, long term, the quality of their service has more than made up for the initial costs. They are a company you can invest in and they will save you money, based on high-quality performance.
As a follow-up, I use their annual program and I have never felt any pressure to do additional work. They do, on a regular basis, let me know how my unit is doing as it ages. This allows me to plan for replacement and keep up on the latest standards and trends in the HVAC area.

Scott, your technician came prepared and when expected. Explained the issues and offered solutions. Very professional! We’ll be using Howard Services again.

I apologize for the error that was made on this review by only having a one star rating. Our experience with Howard Services over many years has always been excellent. Today's technician, Fletch, was another excellent experience. His thorough explanation, his courtesy and professionalism is what we have been accustomed and appreciate so much.

Just had my 6 month check up on our Howard Services-installed system. Technician David did an excellent and thourough job, as always. We are very happy with Howard Services. They are quick to send technicians out if problems arise. I recommend taking advantage of their twice per year system check up. Preventative maintenance is a great way of heading off problems, plus it allows the technicians to become familiar with your system. I noticed the technicians keep and refer to histories of past visits and services rendered. It's good that they know what's been done prior to their service call. Thanks Howard Services.

From the first interaction to schedule a consultation visit, to the installation and the subsequent service after the install Howard Services has provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced.
The sales team provided options to meet my budget requirements and the installation team were quick, courteous, and thorough.
They explained everything they did and how to operate the new system in simple layman's terms.
The subsequent service call we required was just as great an interaction.
I can't recommend Howard Services enough, your expectations will be exceeded time and time again by their knowledgeable and caring staff.

Howard Services was able to service my a/c the very next day after identifying a leak in my unit. They quoted me a very reasonable price and completed the work efficiently. Pictures and explanations/rational was provided as requested and the technician was very helpful on how to prevent the issue in the future. 5 out of 5 stars!

I had a freezer that stopped Cooling and required maintenance asap. I contacted Howard services this morning and they had someone dispatched within an hour. Adam came out walked us through the steps of what he did what maintenance would be required to repair the system and was able to get our freezer back up and running in no time. Very fast, and professional.
