We called Marco one morning because our air-conditioning quit working. Mike, our regular service technician, was out that afternoon troubleshooting. Two hours and exhaustive efforts tracing down the problem, he finally found a small wire with worn-through insulation that was causing the short. Wire replaced; problem fixed. We've been with Marco for 9 years. They provide top-notch service at a reasonable price. We have no intention of switching to another company.

Had our yearly maintenence service and, as always, technican was on time, through and professional. Only company you can trust for honest and great customer service.

I scheduled an appointment with Marco to service my AC unit thinking my fan needed to be replaced. I'm so pleased with the technician and the work he did. He was professional and honest. He ended up having to do less work than I originally thought which save me money, he checked my unit and explained what he did and why it wasn't necessary to do more. I would recommend Marco for your ac needs.

Out service tech was Mike and he was fantastic!! Very friendly and very efficient in his work. He was respectful for our home as it was raining very hard and his boots were soaked, he removed his footwear each time he left the interior of the house.
Mike explained each inspection he made, corrections needed ( there were none ) and what he did as a part of the inspection.
Very professional without being off putting!

On future calls we will ask for Mike!! Your company can be proud of him as he represents you extremely well!

Marco Heating and Air is awesome! Mike Kershner always does an excellent job when he comes out to do my HVAC service. I highly recommend them for service!

Marco was recommended by the Carrier 800 number I called as a company that could do warranty repair on my system. Marco was very responsive. They were courteous and professional on contact. They got the warrantied ordered quickly, put me on the schedule and arrived when they said they would with a 20 minute heads-up that they were on the way. Upon arrival they double-checked the problem, installed the part, re-checked the system operation, and got us back up in fairly short order. I'm very pleased and will be using them again.

We’ve been using Marco every 6 months for a few years now. Michael calls ahead and does a great job. Friendly , professional service every time.

Marcos AC came in told me what the issue was and gave me a temp blower to cool my home until my part came in. They are not like the other companies that tried to charge me double/ triple prices. Marcos provided great service and prices. I will definitely be using them again.

These guys are great! I had no AC when I returned from a vacation. They came within 1 hour of my call on a Saturday and fixed the problem quickly. They've had my trust for the past 6 years and I can always count on them to get the job done right the first time.

Andi was a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man. The appointment was for warranty work but I will be using Marco Air & Heat for my mini split unit in my sun room. I appreciated his recommendation and wish he was coming back to my home to install it. This company is punctual and reliable. I will give another review after my next project.

I’ve been calling on the Marco HVAC team for somewhere in the neighborhood of 12 + years. They have always delivered professionally and on time every time involving new construction and my personal residence. This most recent call was no different, called them Monday morning, received 1:00p - 5:00p service window. Tech showed up earlier rather than later. AC was back up and running within 30 minutes. Service contract with Marco. Technician Mike who came out was very professional, courteous, and well versed in his knowledge of the trade. This made us very confident with the service provided to protect our HVAC system.

Johnny was able to identify and resolve the issue quickly for the cost of the service call.

Our AC needed preventive maintenance service. Andy, the technician, explained everything that he was doing. The coils needed cleaning. He took the time to show me what they looked like before and after the cleaning. Scheduling was simple and they arrived during the scheduled time. Thank you.
