The technician was great! He was very thorough in explaining each step as he was checking the systems. He was very patient with all of my questions and diligently gave great clarification in terms understandable to me. He was very kind, patient, respectful and thorough. I was super impressed and so appreciative of his patience and professionalism. Unfortunately, I have a horrible memory and cannot think of his name at the moment but I’m sure you have it on record. Please make sure he is notified of this customer’s satisfaction and appreciation!!

Overall we had a great experience with Marco installing our new AC unit. We had the AC troubleshooted on a Friday and the unit installed the next day. The techs were friendly and efficient. Thank you Marco!

I am grateful for the excellent customer service provided on this past Sat July 26 2025. We are experiencing a massive heat wave in Jacksonville Fl. I called Marco Sat evening around 7p because my thermostat would not go below 78 indicating some type of drainage issue. The technician had me up and running by 951pm sat evening. Thank you Marco for giving excellent service during out heat wave.

I woke up Sunday morning to my AC blowing warm air, I called Marco Around 930 by 1030. The technician arrived and had the problem fixed within 15 minutes. That is the same kind of service I have been getting from Marco heating and air for over 15 years. I highly recommend them for prompt service at a fair price.

I was having a problem putting in the air filter, and without making me feel stupid, I was shown the easy way to do it. And he also helped me understand the need to change the filter so often.

Our Unit was leaking water, so I called as soon as we noticed. Mike from Marco, called within the window of time and was at our house within a few minutes. Was able to quickly assess the issue (clog) and got the unit back up and running within 1/2 hr! Much appreciated the level of service!

The service that Marco performed today was very helpful. The tech provide me with valuable information, and helped me with my problem. Thank you for a job very well done. Mike as always done an excellent job in performing his work. He's still the only tech that comes and removes his shoes without asking, and I thank for being so curious. It's nice that I have the same person perform the duties at my house, it's almost like having your own special person.

My system was down, and Marcos responded within 24 hours. Andy arrived on time as promised, identified and resolved the problem within minutes. He then did a check of the overall system to confirm everything was working correctly. Great service!

Fantastic Company to do business with. We scheduled an appointment to have an off season check and tune-up done on our AC Unit. Scheduling was very easy and the work was done efficiently and promptly. I highly recommend the team at Marco!

We had warranty issue with our 2 year old Carrier HVAC system and called Marco. When we called the receptionist quickly scheduled a tech for the next day. The tech came out on time and determined that the expansion valve was the culprit but it had to be ordered from Carrier. Carrier took a while to get the part to Marco so we were out for 7 days.

Jonny the service technician who helped us was amazing and extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions without any issues. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because the lady who answered the phone when we initially called over the weekend was so short and unprofessional and had an attitude the whole time. I told her I couldn’t hear her because she was muffled and she responded with “well that’s as good as it’s gonna get”. Then, when my wife called back to ask when they thought they would be out because we have a baby who can’t tolerate the heat, she immediately cut her off and said “MAM! MAM! They will be reaching out”. I don’t normally write reviews like this, but I have never dealt with someone so unpleasant.
