Dryer Vent Cleaning Service, Inc. did an outstanding job! The technician was punctual, professional, and walked me through every step of the process. They removed an impressive amount of built-up lint and suggested changing the duct for an improved functional and safer performance. My dryer is running more efficiently now, and I feel so much better knowing the fire hazard has been reduced. Great service from start to finish, courteous, thorough, and tidy. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and neighbors!

I can’t say enough about the professionalism, the service and the overall kindness. I was shocked by the amount of debris that had built up in my vent. The pictures they provided were eye-opening and made me realize I had a fire hazard. I knew something was wrong when my brand new dryer told me there was a vent problem (technology today is amazing)
I scheduled my appointment and they were able to get to me more quickly than I expected. I will continue this service every year going forward.
On a side note, after the cleaning it took about half the time to dry my laundry.
Most importantly, the kindness I was shown during this visit is something I haven’t experienced in a long time and I will never forget it. Wonderful employees.

Our HOA requires a vent cleaning periodically so I shopped and found Dryer Vent Cleaning Inc to be competitively priced, knowledgeable, on time, organized, and very easy to work with. They sent photos of what they found and accomplished. So much better than the service that I used the last time. I plan to use them for other services as well.

I would not hire them to clean anything. They installed a new larger dryer vent. Patched the leaking twice. I sent pictures of the water damage, on two ceiling spots and the off manager, NOT the owner as he is out of the country this time, said that was not from them but she does not do the work. HUH????? She sent someone, that did not speak English, so we could not communicate. If I had known in advance, I would have had a Spanish speaking friend here. Manager was very rude and hung up. Not professional at all. The original owner was so professional and did amazing work.

Julian was professional and proficient plus it was economical and a safety relief not having to worry about a fire from my dryer vent system. Plus they left the laundry room with a nice air freshener smell. Additionally I received photos from the before and after job and he checked all the access boxes and the machine too.

Dryer Vent Cleaning, Inc. responded to my call regarding a vain attempt to clean my dryer vent. Previously, my dryer was taking over an hour and a half to completely dry my clothes and even longer for towels and linens. After the cleaning, it takes less than an hour. I'm so pleased with the service.

Had Julian from Dryer Vent Cleaning Inc come out to clean out the dryer vent. He also inspected the roof vent and replaced the hose from the dryer to the wall opening. He took photos before and after to show the improvements. Very neat, personable and charged a very reasonable price. Will have him come out next year again.
