It’s hard to find a handyman who does it all, but Dan is AWESOME. I've hired him for multiple projects: kitchen demolition, deck repairs, door replacements, and even crown molding. He knocks it out of the park every time. He is punctual, communicates clearly, and his rates are very fair. I trust him completely with my home projects

Dan promptly addressed a problematic bathroom vent and light fixture. He also replaced three toilets in our rental home. His prices were reasonable and his attention to detail outstanding. I would recommend him for any job - big or small.

Scam artist! Stay away!

Scammed a young hard working, pregnant mother out of 600.00 bucks.

I call couple time and nobody answer the phone and is only answering machine...... I dont talk with machine... My AC is broke and they give me Warranty,

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!!! FROM THE TECHNICIAN THAT CAME OUT TO DO SERVICE (GIOVANNI), TO CUSTOMER SERVICE (ANA), ALL THE WAY TO THE OWNER, MASON BIUMAND.

I CALLED THEM TO COME GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON REPAIRING MY A/C UNIT, NEXT THING I KNOW - TECHNICIAN TELLS ME THE ENTIRE UNIT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND ALSO THAT MY CURRENT UNIT WAS UNDERSIZED AND I NEEDED A MUCH BIGGER UNIT.... IN DESPERATION AS THE A/C WAS OUT ON THE WEEKEND, I AGREED TO HAVE INSTALLATION DONE, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE INSTALL. I SPENT 3 DAYS TRYING TO CONTACT THE 800 NUMBER, THE LOCAL OFFICE AND THE TECHNICIAN'S CELL PHONE....NO ONE WOULD RETURN MY CALLS, WHEN I FINALLY MANAGED TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE TO CANCEL THE SERVICE THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHARGE ME 35% OF THE $4500 THEY HAD ALREADY CHARGED ON MY CREDIT CARD!!! THIS WAS A MAJOR SCAM FROM THE BEGINING!!! CALLED SEVERAL OTHER COMPANIES TO GIVE ME ESTIMATES AND NONE OF THEM QUOTED ME ALL THE STUFF THESE GUYS DID!!!

Every complaint I have read about matches up with this company. Classic bait and switch, not maintaining their word on service agreements and in fact tries to deny it. Do your research, I would not trust these people to come into your home or around your kids!

Big Time scammers. They arrived to my rental home to repair a non-functional central air conditioning. Was quoted 855.00 , and after giving them my credit card information and signed a paper which their technician told me was a authorization to start the job I went inside to talk to my tenants. Come out 20 minutes later to see the progress and guess what, they were gone! After many calls and repeated rescheduling with them they never came back. They charged my credit card without performing any job. The whole company is crooked. From their inept secretary to Kim the manager. Stay away from this company.

Got a quote to replace an A/C unit from another company. Then i called Air Care to give me a quote. They said they would match the quote and that there system was better than the other. Its a rental property so all that i really cared about was price and warranty. Well now i realize that its not a typical heat pump system. Heat only comes from emergency heat. I had a problem with the heat working and called them and they came out and fixed it. I have the same problem and now they are saying nothing is wrong its a straight cool. Sure enough on the invoice they wrote straight cool. No where in the advertisements or when they quoted me did they say its a straight cool system. SCAMMERS! Do not do business with them.

Tom/Roy was our plumber and he was absolutely amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable, nice, and respectful. The last plumber we had out here did a half ass job and Roy came in like a champ and fixed everything the last person didn’t. Not only that but he also cleaned our restrooms to the best of his ability which is NOT his job it was our responsibility. That man needs a raise or a promotion or both because he is an incredibly valuable asset to the company.
