Wow! Chris really came through on short notice, when our heater broke during the coldest day of the year! A previous a/c company messed up our wiring, he came in and identified all the issues quite fast, and fixed it up! Very professional and efficient, may they whole company be blessed beyond measure!

Chris is consistently kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain exactly what's going on with my system and what’s needed, without any pressure or confusion. His flexibility with scheduling makes things easy, and his pricing is always fair—especially considering the high quality of his work. I trust him completely and won’t use anyone else for AC repairs or maintenance. Highly recommend!

Our central heat wiring needed to be repaired. Chris was very friendly. He arrived fast and quickly repaired the wiring. He also noticed the thermostat wasn't configured properly to automatically run auxiliary heat when necessary, and he helped reconfigure it to the proper settings. I highly recommend using Utmost Air for any A/C needs.

How can a company hire incompetent management and staff, i wouldn't allow this company to install a igloo cooler...

WARNING!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!! They charged me for a new ac system but installed a scratch and dent unit that was leaking and never worked. Then when I tried to get them to come out and service the unit they wont answer the phone. I don't usually do reviews but I had to warn everyone about this company. Stay away!!

Horrible company They put me a new unit cause my air was broke the unit they put was not working, have to call them for 2 months straight before they would send anyone out to check it out... Does not working properly in the day time it's hot only at night it blows cool they send someone out because he said he felt with his hand that it's cold and he checked outside there's nothing he could do although obviously in the room it's hot and the temperature gauge shows 76ﾟ🤔 Don't bother save yourself the heartache and go with a different company!! Not professional at all!!!

WARRING!!!!! I bought 2 new complete air-conditioning units and I can’t get them to come back and give me service . They’ll make an appointment but they won’t keep the appointment and they won’t call to cancel they just leave you hanging. i’m having the same problem over and over and now they want to try to charge me for something that they never fixed in the first place . Dale the owner has very poor communication skills . His integrity is weak at best . He doesn’t return phone calls and he doesn’t keep his appointments or his promises .I highly recommend everyone avoid doing business with this dale & his company simply air !!!!! ☹️

Watched a driver pickup a junkie camped out in the weeds in woodland acres. Hopefully he's not taking him to someone's house.

They installed a unit on a flip that I purchased. Mysteriously, upon moving in, there was no refrigerant in my line. They said someone must have stolen it. $700 later I had refrigerant. Suspicious.

Then my air conditioner fan would never shut off. It would run 24 hours a day. I called, and called, and called, they said they'd come out. They never came out. I called, he said he'd call me the next day. He never called me back.
I called a competitor, the competitor was at my house within an hour. They found six different wiring problems, and noticed that the drain line was angled improperly.
Either: They purposely did this because they knew I would call, and they could make more money on the fix, Or they have no idea what they're doing regarding installation and wiring.
Regardless, never again.

Absolute worst company with the most incompetent employees ever. System installed incorrectly, no warranty whatsoever, shady practices and an owner who failed to fix the problem. I had to take several days off work and hire another company to fix their problems.
The system leaked and caused structural and property damage to my home. They disconnected and left everything behind. No next steps or anything.
I will burn or freeze before hiring this company to do anything at home, again.
This experience was a disaster and mentally draining. They came to me as a referral. I don’t know how they’re still in business.

Please do yourself a favor and find a reputable company that will stand behind their employees mistakes.,

Unknowledgeable, shows up late, and does not own up to mistakes. Did not install a drain line on a brand new install and being notified, it took 2 weeks for them to come out and install a drain pump. Wired the pump incorrectly and caused the drain pump to overflow. Water damage to the surrounding walls and floors. I have no electrical experience at all and was able to understand and fix the drain pump wiring instead of waiting. They DO NOT pull permits either
