I use Strada for my HVAC system in my new townhome which is only one year and five months old. I signed up for Strada‘s preventative maintenance program, which is fantastic and the maintenance technician professionals come out once every six months and do preventative maintenance checks on my inside furnace system and outside condenser (that big fan). I typically get my system checked right after winter and before the summer heat kicks in hard and then I get it checked after the summer heat ends and right before the cold temperature show up.

Today Freddy and Robert showed up within the appointment window timeframe. I met Freddie at the door. He was a wonderful person with a very lighthearted personality that immediately put you at ease and made you feel like you’ve known him a very long time. Robert was at the condenser outside and I got an opportunity to meet him when Freddie went to meet him at the condenser.

Robert was just as nice and sweet as Freddie and he was a gentlemen too. He just made you feel at ease. They both made you feel like you’ve known them your whole life and they made you feel like you could trust what they were doing and what they were telling you.

Freddy inspected my furnace, took furnace readings, checked over every nook and cranny, made sure the temperature readings were correct, checked the drain line, checked my filter, took pictures, did some more readings and inspections, gave me some professional advice about the MERV rating on the filters that I use inside for the furnace and we discussed about what to put down the furnace drain line (the white vinegar versus the hot water, etc.) and so he taught me some things today and I am very grateful for his professional expertise and advice. Robert was fantastic and he is going to make an exceptional HVAC professional as he gains lots of experience this coming summer.

My inside and outside units checked out phenomenal. No issues were noticed. Everything was good to go, and I am very grateful that the guys took the hour to explain things to me, check things thoroughly, put up with my 101 challenging questions that I had for Freddy and I appreciate Freddie putting up with me, lol!!! I sincerely thank Freddy and Robert for their professionalism, their thoroughness, their professional advice, and most of all just making the appointment flyby in no time while getting everything done that we needed to.

These guys are great and if you get them at your house to do preventative maintenance or anything with your HVAC system, I hope that you’ll have a great experience just like I did. Thanks guys!

Freddie went above and beyond to take care of me and my family. He went to get an extra part that wasn’t even ordered to fix the HVAC so we had working AC again instead of having to wait another week. Very professional guy!

Freddie, did an awesome job, extremely professional, and was such a hard worker. We had an issue going unsolved for almost 3 years, and five different guys came through to fix it with no avail. But Freddie finally fixed our AC unit! A true godsend of an AC technician!
