Airpro has serviced our house for over 20 years now. They last installed a complete new system about 4 years ago which operates just fine. Rick stands by his work, and was always very timely about responding to any problems we had over all these years. I am very pleased with Airpro's services and prices and wouldn't go anywhere's else should any need arise.

I am the kind of person who tries to give positive reviews more than negative ones. My experience with this company and Rick today was atrocious. I will give him due, he came in and evaluated the problem with my HVAC unit. He explained to my husband that he did not know what was going on and that he would try to switch the outside control board. He returned later on that evening. As a paying customer who is not an expert on HVAC I asked him some questions for clarity. I am a first time homeowner and just wanted to know what was going on. He was very short with me. He grew upset because I asked him the policy regarding the system if it stops working. He yelled at me and said clearly iv'e never had a machine that stopped working and how he does not know whats going on and does not appreciate the questions. He started to walk towards my back screen door threatening to take off the part that he put on. He said I had 60 days warranty and if it stops working they will come back out. When I called the office and spoke to Susan and told her what had occurred she proceed to make excuses for this mans poor behavior and tell me that he was the best tech and that if he was upset it was because he's had a long day. I am a strong believer in good service. I cannot believe this just occurred in my home. This company does not believe in quality service. Save your money and go somewhere that can at least pretend to want your business.

I had to call this company again because a week after they cam e to fix it the unit stopped working. This time The technician was Gary. I am the kind of person who is honest with my reviews. I will tell you this, Gary was wonderful. He took the time to answer our questions. He told us about our unit. He was very professional and did a great job. There is nothing better than having someone treat you like you like you matter and take the time to be kind. I will recommend Gary to anyone. I have changed my rating from one star to 3 stars because of Gary.

My wife and I woke up one day to an A/C unit that wasn't working. It was a Friday and we were sure we would have to suffer through a 90+ degree weekend before we could get anyone out to service the unit. That was before we called this awesome company! Gary made an extra effort to come out the next day and ge the unit up and running quickly. The unit has never run this well the entire time we have been living here. Gary was extremely nice and gave an extremely fair price for the amazing service we received.

I recommend Airpro to anyone who needs their HVAC serviced.

Rick was very knowledgeable and professional. He resolved the issue which we are very thankful for. They even came out on the same day we called to schedule an appointment. Susie, Rick’s wife, handled the scheduling and was a pleasure to work with as well.

Airpro Service Company is A+ rated and certified by BBB, and they lived up to their reputation with me! They are a service provider for my home warranty through AHS, and I was initially referred to another inferior company who never contacted me. Once, I was assigned to Airpro, everything went smoothly. I was scheduled withing 10 minutes of being assigned to them, the technician was on time, and service took less than 30 minutes. We are completely satisfied and I would recommend them to anyone. I noticed the two 1-star ratings from the same person from different email accounts with the exact same review -- that's a dirty trick and says more about the reviewer's character than anything else. Keep up the good work, Airpro!

Speaking with Suzy on The phone was a pleasurable experience. Unfortunately they sent Rick to my home. Rick was condescending and acted put out when asked questions. When asked if he would pressurize the system to check for additional leaks he said, there aren't any other leaks. My wife informed him that Suzy said it would be 24 hrs to pressurize the system and locate the leaks he very rudely asked if we wanted him to fix the leak or not. I very happily paid the service fee to get Rick off my property. I ended up buying a new system from a company that actually values their customers.
If Rick had just been a bit more professional we would have spent 6 grand with airpro instead of one of their competitors. I would only recommend this place if you can be assured Rick will not be stepping foot on your property

I had to call Airpro when my Warranty company chose another local contractor. The original contractor made three trips (two trips required complete freon replacement). The end result was I still had no A/C after two weeks. When I called Airpro, Rick was there within 4hrs. He repaired the problem with parts that he brought with him, and it took less than 30mins. He also fixed (for free) the freon leak that the other monkeys missed during their three visits. Rick said the leak was probably not the original cause as it looked like it was self induced during one of the previous visits. My system has now been running great for 5-years. When I called my warranty company this week for a new problem, they scheduled the same bad contractor as last time. I said no thank you! Guess who I am calling...

It is always a pleasure to deal with the professional, efficient and friendly people who work at Airpro Service Company. I use them for air conditioning service and repair. Even during the hottest months of the year, Airpro is always, 100% of the time, there for me. I have never had to wait an unreasonable time for an appointment. And in the great majority of occasions, close to almost always, they have given me an appointment the same day I called. Their customer service is exceptional!

The best AC company in Jacksonville. The customer service is amazing. I got regular updates from them. They have the shortest lead times of anyone I've worked with (squeezed me in the same day!). They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. We got a home warranty when we purchased our condo through AHS. We had an issue early on where AHS assigned Airpro as our contractor and they did an amazing job. Next time we had an issue AHS assigned us some other company. I've never seen a company with more complaints or bad reviews. I called up and had them switch is to Airpro and I don't know that I've made a better decision in my life recently.

Airpro Service solved our heat pump problem in 1 day. We had been without AC for weeks due to hardly any AC company that could help us with a water to air heat pump system. A man came out from Airpro Service, diagnosed what was wrong in a short time, got the parts we needed, and fixed it! Outstanding service!

Submitted a ticket with AHS on Sunday and Gary was at my house by 10:30 the next day! Got a called first thing in the morning saying they could have someone out in the morning, I was shocked to get such a quick response but I am so grateful for how fast it all went. Gary was nice and professional, he fixed my AC unit fast and we have cold air blowing in the house again. Our animals and us thank you for getting the job done! Awesome company and it’s always nice to support a local family owned business.

Gary my tech and Suzie the scheduler were great. They are excellent communicators. As a female they did not treat me as if I were incapable of comprehending repairs my air conditioner may need. (I am bitter from another ac co). Gary was thorough, realistic and super helpful. I had installed a thermostat, he mentioned that it might not be as functionally sound. He looked at the duct work and drain lines. Gary is coming back to do some additional work once the parts come in. Bottom line the previous company wanted in excess of 2K for repairs, but recommended a new system at 24K intial price discounted down to 14K .
Gary let me know they should be years left on the life of my current system with medium level repairs, all things being equal. I would highly recommend them.

Airpro Service Co. INC is very good company . They just fix my AC unit on time . Rick with Airpro Service is very professional and a nice guy. He diagnosed the ac unit correctly that there was a leak in the ac coil and he went an extra mile to install new ac coil. thank you Rick.
