A few weeks ago I started getting quotes for a new hvac system. At the end of the day I contacted 10 different companies. Jeremy at Eagle Air give me a few different price points (good, better, and best). He listened to my wants and needs, we evaluated what would work best for my home. I ended up going with the "best" option. Which was the average price for the "good" systems everywhere else...The job was quite the challenge, fitting a 2 stage 3 ton air handler into a small closet with zero room. The guys where very professional and considerate. Always aware of the mess they where making and the noise being created (we had a 4 day old new born in the house).

This company over charged me by $200. I was given a final amount of $600 by the technician and once the work was completed, they charge my CC $800. I have been leaving messages since December to try and get this straightened out and no one has called me back. Horrible customer service.

Wonderful! Ricky and John Are always so helpful and willing to give me plenty of information necessary to assist me in caring for my new system they installed. Initially, I decided to use this business due to being close by (Northside) and a small business owner. I had them repair a bad install from someone else many years ago.

It has been several years that I have been using Browning's Air and they always do quality work. A recent replacement of a capacitor brought my system back to normal. Highly recommend them.

John and the whole crew are amazing. Even when there is a massive need due to the extreme heat and storms, they are always first class, friendly, very knowledgeable and never over charge. Never showed or called for a set appointment. Had to call someone else to fix our HVAC issue. Hopefully this doesn’t continue for others. I didn’t feel right giving a 1 star, but this was very frustrating for us.
