I have no problem with the work, but with the work ethic. I got a 2nd opinion on a job he did for me and it didn't lineup with his work. He kept assuring me that he would return day after day, but never did. Eventually he stop answering my calls altogether. He just straight up lied to me on several occasions. I can't recommend him for not being a man of his word, especially running a business.

Vincent showed professionalism and punctuality for my HVAC appointment. He informed me of ways to extend the life of my unit and keep up the maintenance. I highly recommend him and the company.

Service was by far the best I have had for AC work. The technician was friendly and very professional. This was my 2nd time using Eazybreeze and I will not use anyone else.

Was sent to my home by Choice Home Warranty for heat not blowing hot. Eazybreeze Services diagnosed that the reversing valve was not properly wired voiding my home warranty. Had another company come out to fix my heat and the actual issue was a bad heat sensor and I needed a new thermostat. Eazybreeze diagnosis NOT EVEN CLOSE, and I had to pay out of pocket because you caused my warranty to be voided due to misdiagnosis of improper wiring which was not true.

I already know that good, honest, and reliable air conditioning services can be difficult to find these days. That’s why I am so thankful to my neighbor who referred Vincent over to me a few years back. He always has a pleasant demeanor whenever he stops by for my air conditioning maintenance or repairs. I appreciate the fact that he explains everything to me patiently so that I can become educated and comfortable with whatever is going on. He has been honest and fair with his prices so far, which is so important to me in an industry where some companies will really try to stick it to you. I’ve had a time where Vincent actually tried to diagnose the problem right over the phone when I was in a Sunday afternoon crisis last summer. I had a home warranty company that lines up contractors to fix issues, more often a miss than a hit I have found, but eazybreeze did a great job, found issue right away, fixed prior installers wiring issue and was professionally and knowledgeable. Nice to see today when often this isn’t the norm.

My new go to company for heating and ac! From phone call to my door was a very welcoming experience, my ac unit wasn’t working and chose just to replace it rather than keep repairing an old system. Pricing and warranty was great, installation was fast, and during the whole process I was kept informed and any questions I had were answered completely. There are a lot of ac companies in Jacksonville and some make you feel like you made the wrong choice choosing them. That’s not the case this time!!! Thank you for all your help and expertise!!! I look forward for all my routine maintenance visits to keep everything in tip top shape.

Super nice company, timely, and thorough! It's rare to find a 5 star. I think they are a bit pricey, but I've had bad experiences with other electricians and they were cheaper....so you do get what you pay for. The phone person is super pleasant and Jerry, our technician, was patient with all my questions and chatter lol. And polite. Super nice job, thank you!

Installation team showed up late, was told the tech had an emergency. Found out it was due to working on a trouble call for a previous job. They tried to reschedule for another but I took the day off work for install. Tech showed at 1 PM, then the apprentice went to lunch. They worked late got system running. Came back on Monday to finish, finished the job, left hardware all over the steps in garage, wife stepped on them doing laundry, didn't clean up. Had to return, tech didn't blow out the drain line properly and it clogged, replaced thermostat unnecessarily, failed city inspection, they fixed it. Today went to change the filter, I asked tech what the size was, he told me it came with one and it was installed. None installed, been running month, now coils are dirty, Salesman quit, supposed to fix it tomorrow. We shall see, until then off to Lowes to get a filter. I was going to have them do some electrical work, not now. The people were nice and the air has run very well since install. Its just been frustrating. Saga continued today, 9/24 received call from my wife who was angry she was chewed out by the owner for my review, I retuned the call and an argument ensued with the end result being 1. Owner stated he was going to send a tech out to show me how to clean the filter, um sorry sir, there was no filter, your tech didn't finish the job. 2. Owner noticed where I work using caller ID, made derogatory comment about Civil Service workers, liked my money though. Finally and most importantly this unit has a 1 yr parts and labor warranty and 10 years part from the manufacture,r the owner left me with the impression he would not honor the warranty. Caveat Emptor people, Buyer Beware. My comments about being happy and satisfied in his reponse are in regards to having A/C when it was the hottest part of summer. As for smearing a company, this is the first Google Review I have ever given in my life, no intention to smear but to inform others about our experiences dealing with this organization.

Thompson Electric are true professionals. As a landlord, they worked directly with my tenant to get the job done, even when there was a setback and the job had to be rescheduled. They left me with no worries and more time to take care of other matters. They kept communication open, either by phone, text or email; not as antiquated as some other companies that still only have fax. You will not be disappointed if you hire them for your future electrical needs.
