I had routine A/C done yesterday, The technician told me everything looks great. Half hour later I noticed my fan was still running and this continued for another 30 mins. The unit never came on and the house was not warming up. Thermostat set for 68 and outside temp in the 30’s. I tried calling the office to complain but the office was closed for the day. So the family decide to check everything out and discovered the unit in the background was OFF. He never turned it back on after doing his maintenance check. I gues this what I paid $95 for. ☹️

We had a issue with our AC not putting out cool air. Reached out to Thompson Electric this morning. David was able to come and get our AC back working. Even went the extra mile to show us what was wrong exactly and what he replaced. Pricing was great and we are back to the coolness . Will utilize anytime we have AC or electrical problems.

I called Thompson Electric and spoke with Fred. And I explained to him that the electric motor on my machine needed to wired. He sent Tim out on Thursday to look at it and said he could wire it up and have it running. He said he can come on Friday and do the job. He completed the job as promised. He was very courteous and professional and timely. If you need an experienced electrician give Thompson Electric a call.

We found out 24 hours before our event that we would need some type of cooling system in venue. Out of all the places I called United rentals was the most responsive and HONEST! The price of 3 units at United rentals vs one unit at other places in the area was significant. Shawn quoted us for 3 cooling units and offered delivery even though he has a full day of deliveries ahead of him! He kept in contact with us the day of our event to ensure all our cooling needs were met! I would recommend them 10x over!!

Jen Cady and her team were absolutely fantastic! They provided fans and tents for a pickleball fundraiser I organized, and everything went perfectly. They were punctual, friendly, and incredibly efficient—handled both setup and breakdown seamlessly. It made a huge difference for the event, and I couldn't be more grateful. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend Jen and her team to anyone planning an event!
