These guys are very helpful. We are four states away from home doing a job and realized Trane failed to put all the parts in the units we are installing. We needed a duct smoke detector and pipe. Very easy experience today. In and out with all that we needed.

Very slow ,slow loading, appointment at 5pm,arrived 9am,don't believe the broker front axle logistics please,,,the other wise, you will loose your time and money. Keep away front this place, lazy people and lier too.

Glenn and crew are so professional and honest. We would never trust our AC/HEAT to anyone else. They treat us like family and are always there when we need them. Even after hours.

No one wants to pay the prices for a full HVAC/ carrier replacement but if you have to, PLEASE use these guys. The first time I had to use them was for my 22 year old system that I thought had finally choked it’s last Smokey breath, they were able to keep her running for another year until she decided to blow her self to smitherines. Not only were they able to get out two days later for a full 12 hour install, but I compared the quotes with three HVAC professionals I know back in Atlanta and they agreed with not only the price but also services rendered for what my HVAC/ Carrier did to itself. If you want to promote and support small business, they are the way to go.

Our air conditioning went out in late July and we didn’t realize it until around 5pm that day (house is usually warm in the afternoon). We have a 1 week old, so we were way more concerned about this lack of AC than usual. We called Bowers and they scheduled someone to come out. Nathan (the repairman) wasn’t able to come until around 9 PM due to other work and driving from Ponte Verda, but he arrived and worked on our unit until around midnight. He made sure we were well taken care of and knew next steps for caring for our unit (it ultimately needs to be replaced).
He was thorough, wore a mask any time he was inside, and went above and beyond for us. This is really the kind of experience we have every time we use Bowers, but this time was even more special and needed for us.
We have used Bowers for years and will continue to do so!!

5 stars! I would give more if I could. My family recommended Bowers Air Solutions because my AC was not cooling and we noticed that the inside was frozen as well as some frozen outdoor parts. We kept cleaning the line but could not figure out why it would not cool. My father in law called Glen Bowers. Glen was able to have Nathan come out same day to take a look. Turned out I was missing a Cap for the air filter slot, so my coil had gotten really dirty, which was cleaned and Acid washed just over a year prior to this visit. He also noticed the refrigerant was overfilled, which was done by a different big name HVAC company previously. He said the combination of both of these lead to my system not cooling. He explained in depth what was wrong, he showed me, and he informed me on some Best practices and solutions to maintain my system between system checks. He also made recommendations, as I have pets, to help with pet hair and excess dirt and dust as well as a solution for keeping the coil clean. Overall, I could not have asked for better service and repair, and will only use Bowers moving forward. Thanks Nathan and Glenn. I pray God blesses your business!
