We had called the same company before to fix a clogged pipe which they fixed and charged us $60.00 for. Unfortunately, we had the same issue with a clogged pipe in which we were charged $200.00 for. The difference in price does not make sense to me and I felt as though it was extremely high for a clogged pipe. I will be going with a different company for any other issues we might experience.

Nobody wants AC issues in the summertime, but if you have them, I highly recommend Scott Air. We called first thing Monday morning and someone came out that afternoon. They were honest, professional, and affordable.

I have been using this company for several years and the service has steadily declined. The first indicator was when I had them clean my ducts and vents. The guys showed up early, before I was there. My child let them in and I got there at the time they should have been arriving and they were leaving. I asked if they got all the vents. Of course they said yes, but I then discovered that they didn't.
The next thing was the capacitor going out on my outside fan. I lost ac and when they came to fix it, the tech claimed I had a leak and told me I need to get a leak test. I paid for one and after two follow up visits....no leak was found. I have been calling the owner and he is not returning my calls. Needless to say, I am done with this company.

Scott Air has been doing our maintenance and repairs for about 10 years. Recently, our blower motor needed to be replaced. Scott Air got us a quote, very competitive price with a couple other quotes I got over the phone. Carl came out this morning, replaced it quickly, and even entertained my curiosity about how the motor and wheel function. Always great service, friendly technicians, and reasonably priced.

Called for service at 4:00 PM and a technician arrived at my house within an hour. I was able to get a same day quote and my AC unit replaced within a week. Service prices and the quoted new AC unit were very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone and will be a repeat customer.

My AC was blowing hot at about 4pm. Scott Air installed the Carrier unit 12 years ago....I live at the beach and have never had a problem. They said they could come right away, but since it was expected to be in the 70's overnight I told them I could wait till the next day. The next morning at 8am I got a call that the tech was on his way! Jeff showed up and went right to work. He immediately diagnosed that the capacitor was the problem and fixed it in 15 minutes. He did several other diagnostic checks and told me to prepare for a new system in the coming months. Jeff was very knowledgeable and shared with me all the options I have for a new system which I will need soon. 12 years for an AC system at the beach? Priceless! Thank you Scott Air!

Highly recommend Scott Air. Ken, the service technician was very thorough and got my parents AC back up and running before their vacation. As a service tech myself and not living close to my parents I was very happy to have a responsible technician take care of them. Will definitely be using Scott air and Ken in the future.

I highly recommend Scoot Air . I cancelled service i had arrange with another company because for a couple of weeks they were evasive when i called to ask when a repair part they had ordered would be delivered. Scoot Air came out the day after i called to request the service, and discovered the other company had totally misdiagnosed the problem. Ashley ordered the part that was actually needed, it was available the next day and Vicky personally went to pick it up. They me to fit me into their schedule the next day for repair. Ken effected the repair and my A/C in now working beautifully. This is a family owned small business that maintains a personal touch while being extremely professional. Me and my husband highly recommend them!

Is there a place to give 10 stars???!!! I could not be more happy and satisfied with Scott Air and their customer service. Let’s face it, when the AC goes down its stressful and never good news. My central air system was 16+ years old and basically dead. They came out on time to see if they could revive it and we determined that it was time to replace the whole thing. They had a very competitive quote for me in 15 minutes during that same visit. An hour later they had me approved for 18 months same as cash financing (easy peasy) right on the phone. 30 minutes after that they scheduled the install of the new system for the next day. So… that morning they showed up exactly on time at 9am as promised. Their techs were right on it, and knew exactly what they were doing. They even fixed a few things that we not up to snuff from the original install back when this place was built. Three hours later they were done and done! Signed the work order and they were out. Couldn’t be more smooth, hassle free, and straight forward. Now my place is cool and comfortable and it wasn’t stressful at all. Thanks Scott Air… you guys are awesome! A good, solid old-fashioned family owned business that you can trust, and at a great price… how refreshing!

If you are looking for a professional, trustworthy, and customer centric a/c company, Scott is the one. We have been using them for four years and whether for maintenance or service calls they always have been available within 24 hours and many times same day. Case in point, we arrived home at 6pm to AC not working. Called answering service and heard back within 5 minutes from Leslie, the friendliest office manager ever. Scheduled for next day, went out for a bit, came back and a Scott Air business card on our door saying they had been in my neighborhood and stopped on way home to see if they could do the repair. Called the # on the business card and service tech said he was still in the area(it's now 7:00PM) and would come back. He came and 20 minute later repair made. Now that is customer service!

Really wish we could rate more than 5 stars! Hurricane Helene not only knocked out our power but also zapped a part of our AC unit. Calling Scott Air was so refreshing because they sympathetic and took our concerns seriously. They sent out a technician promptly and he was able to get us up and running that day, and the cost of everything was realistic and affordable. They did not take advantage of us and we can't say enough good things about this company. We plan to continue using their services in the future for maintenance.

Matt was so professional and took care of the thermostat issue and also gave some good maintenance advice, I would definitely use again.

Rocco was a professional, he showed me different options and the impacts that each option would have on my home.

Showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue. Worked at it until complete. Ended up having an issue, but I called at 11 that same night and they were back first thing the next morning and corrected the issue. So far so good. Highly recommend.

Quality service with a great attitude!

Texted Matt with an A/C late Night on a Friday. Contacted me the next day and was able to come out that evening. Was able to diagnose the problem and get the a/c running properly within an hour. Very professional.

Staff was very professional with good communication skills regarding scheduling and any changes such as timeliness of parts needed.

These guys hit it out the park!! Very personal and my favorite affordable 😀 and the guys at the job were even better. I had questions they answered and even saved me some money!

Matt took the time to listen and understand my situation, assessed my situation, was honest with me about what he could do, then he proceeded to surpass all of my expectations. As a property manager, time is always of the essence when it comes to AC repairs. Matt helped my home owner save hundreds of dollars by repairing the AC unit on the same day that I called him.
