The man came to my home he did a check inside and outside after a while he came to my door to tell me that I needed 2lbs of Freon. After he did the service without asking or letting me know what he was doing first or giving me the option to have it done right then or later. I was basically forced to pay him right then $130 and my unit has frozen 4 times since that visit. So I'm still having issues with my unit.

Paul does an amazing job with too notch customer service. He even helped same day with a vandalized unit. I highly recommend.

A/C was down and out! And with this 90 degree heat coming down on us I wasn’t going to play with my family’s well being. I sort of figured out what the problem was but these HVAC/Heat Pump systems can be very complex. I usually do my own handy work in home but when it comes to get it fix fast I leave it to the Pros. I called Present A/C service around 9am and Mr Dorsey showed up at 11am exactly when he said he would. He Got the blower unit out within few minutes after some isolating troubleshooting. He went out for about an hour to get a replacement. Within 30 minutes of him returning and installing the blower unit we went from sad and depressed to happy and blessed. Mr Dorsey was prompt and very professional. He took the time to check if the unit was under warranty and it turned out to be just out of it. Very reasonable. The cost was lower expected after doing my own research and talking to other AC companies.

Man waychoff wanted over $400 just to replace the fan motor...absolute affordable IS ABSOLUTELY AFFORDABLE ! Best prices I’ve heard so far and I call around to a lot of companies and the quality of work is A1..don’t get over charged..these are the people to call fast reliable dependable service !

I highly caution you against using Dewayne Gainers and Absolute Affordable Heating and Cooling. We hired this company to put in Central heat and air in a 4 plex. The job was so poorly done that we had to hire an AC forensics company and have it all redone costing us $15,000. Dewayne was disrespectful and threatening to my husband. It was an awful experience.

Great Customer Service and work done by Mr. Gainers and his team. The guys showed a good deal of professionalism and answered any and every question I had with the issues regarding the malfunctioning system . So special thanks to you guys . My house is cooler already n I couldn’t be more appreciative.

Steven was very sweet and accommodating. I called around 4:45pm on a Friday and he arrived around 6pm. He quickly replaced a small part and had me up and running in no time!

This is no longer East Coast Cooling

Not a pleasant crew to work with, seems like they took more breaks than actual time on the job. Constant complaints about the cursing in front of children walking by & Cat calling women who were walking into the hospital. Don't recommend people who don't respect women or kid's.
