Riley is the best in the business! He was at my house 10 minutes early and approached my door at my appointment time to the minute. I received a link when he was on the way with real time uodates and tracking! He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He was very respectfully and refused to walk on the carpet without his shoe coverings even after I told him not to worry about. He immediately figured out what was wrong with my AC, fixed it, and then gave me some tips to better maintain it. I will definitely request him by name if I ever need AC maintenance or service again.

This company uses a third party company to answer your telephone calls and they are there simply to make appointments to send technicians to your home and charge you close to $100 for this service call . They refuse to answer and have no ability to answer the simplest question you might have . You may not need to pay all this money for a service call just to get a question answered if your equipment is working. I recommend hanging up and calling a company that doesn't use third party answering services but has someone trained available to answer any questions you may have and is happy to do that and stay away from this company and other companies who are just greedy and not willing to answer questions that can be answered over phone that could save you a lot of money for a service call.

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.

This is an exceptional heating and air company. They spent almost an entire workday troubleshooting why my unit kept triggering a breaker. Had to dig up an old wiring component in the ground by the outside unit. Left no stone unturned and figured it out. I was very impressed, especially with their pricing. Highly recommend them!
