This is my second time using this company through AHS and they are prompt. In both services they were at my house the next day. Rick was very professional!

Great people, amazing customer service

As someone in the construction business, I refer Air Pro to anybody that asks for a good A/C repairman. Rick and Suzie treat everyone faily and honestly. I highly recommend them.
-
From the phone call to the actual service call, everyone was great and Rick was so helpful in answering my questions and took the time to explain options. I won't use anyone else for repair or replacement of my HVAC system and will recommend them to anyone who needs help with their system!
-
Don't waste your time. The guy that came out didn't understand how to operate my thermostat, accused me of turning it off and then left without giving me an estimate because "he wouldn't want to start a job that got off on the wrong foot". Very confused and not interested in customer service.

AC went out last night. Rick from airpro came out this morning, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and my AC is working now. Rick was nice, explained what the problem was, and how he fixed it. Process was very easy. I will use them again in the future.
-
Great experience from the start. They were professional, scheduled us right away, were on time and had customer service skills both on the phone and the tech that came out. Great company overall and I will be requesting their service again next time we need it. Need more A/C companies like this.

Gary Klosowski does business and service for Teen Challenge as well as the single person homeowner 🙋🏻♀️. He is godly and operates with a high level of integrity. I recommend him and his company for your repairs

Second time we placed a service call and received same day service. Very pleased with the service we received. Honest family busines that doesn't try to sell you unnecessary upcharges. Gary went above and beyond to locate the problem and explaining things. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

They provided some of the best service I have ever gotten from any service contractor. They were timely, efficient, honest, and thorough. I am grateful for their professionalism - particularly in the middle of this September in Florida! Thank you Gary and Airpro!

***DANGER: No concern for the health and safety of my family***
Customer Service: Horrible
Knowledge/Competence: Unable to diagnose a simple problem
Recommendation: You are taking a risk if you hire Rick
Rick from AirPro was sent to our house via our American Home Shield Warranty claim after we (family of five with one child under the age of two) were forced to evacuate our house just prior to midnight and call the Fire Department when our AC unit set off the fire alarms due to a burning electrical odor and a light grey smoke covering the ceiling.
I was at work when Rick arrived, but my wife and three kids were at home. I wanted to talk with him before he got started to make sure he understood what our concerns were and what he should be looking for as the Fire department confirmed that there was an issue with our AC unit. My wife tried to let him know what had happened, but he rudely ignored her. When I did get him on the phone, he told me he was going to take a look, but didn’t think there was anything wrong. Before I could explain the situation, he gave the phone back to my wife. 30 minutes later he told my wife there was nothing wrong with our AC and he was done. She called me and told me he was done and that he had found nothing wrong. I was barely able to get him on my wife’s phone before he left, where I reiterated that there was definitely something wrong as the Fire Department had confirmed this the previous night and the vents/AC unit still had an odor. He told me he had cleaned the drain and inspected the ducting and had not seen any indications of a fire. I told him there was not an actual fire and that is why I wanted to talk to him, but that there was likely an electrical issue. He then says, “There is nothing wrong with your AC I don’t know what you want me to do?” I told him there is definitely something wrong as the Fire Department came to our house last night, secured power to the AC and told me to have an AC tech come and look at it. When I asked him, “What am I supposed to do if the AC actually catches on fire,” he rudely said, “Do you want me to pour gasoline all over your AC and light it on fire?” When I told him that was ignorant, he hung up on me and called me a jerk in front of my wife and kids and left.
Two days later another AC repair company came out and within 15 minutes diagnosed the problem as the fan motor. It was replaced and we have had no issue. -
They have been to our house several times. What I like the most, is they understand that our house is either too hot (during the summer) or without heat during the winter and come out really quick. Ok, so Rick is more of the quiet type, not really wanting to talk, wants to get in fix the problem and get out, not much of a talker. That's ok - I leave him alone, he fixes the problem! Gary on the other hand, visits for a minutes and is always friendly.
I would highly recommend - -
They installed my AC and did a bad job with the drain. The drain was sloped correctly to drain the condensation water. When I called them back to fix it they charged me another $100. The technician was rude, wouldn't accept their mistake. There is no guarantee for their service.
When I told the technician I would give a bad review online, he said he doesnt care about the BS people write. -
Rick came out and got the old Lennox working again. Everyone needs AC in Florida during the summer. Dont hesitate! Just call. Great service. Very professional. Very polite. The lady who scheduled my appointment was also very kind. Thanks Rick and team!

Small family owned business where the son (Gary) has been working with the father (an HVAC Expert) since he can remember. Clearly the business is/will be in good hands. Gary conducted all repairs to my Geothermal HVAC unit where it was done professionally, fast, and with care to explain the unit and what to look for and repair in the future for smooth operation. My highest endorsement for anyone looking for proven expertise, great competitive pricing, and a personal touch. Thanks for the stellar service call.

Airpro Service Co Inc. is fantastic! Their team was professional, efficient, and fixed my AC quickly. I’m extremely satisfied with their service and highly recommend them!

I was assigned to AirPro from my home warranty company because I have a Geothermal unit. Suzy (sp?) was very friendly, accommodating and eager to help me out initially. They even made an exception to squeeze me in on Saturday, I was told. I don't recall the gentleman's name who came out but after reading the other reviews, it must've been Rick. He let me know that he couldn't service my well pump and offered to switch my unit over to city water, which I declined because I wanted the pump repaired. He offered to inform the warranty company that I needed someone to service the well pump and all was well until...
After the well pump was repaired, the unit was working but the temperature in my home was going up instead of down (88 degrees, anyone?) so the well pump guy said I needed to have the A/C folks back out to fix that issue. He actually told me that Airpro could have connected me to city water and repaired my A/C when they were here. I'm not sure why they did not, if that was the case. I called Suzy and told her what the problem was and she said that it had to run for a while. It had already been about 4 hours. She suggested I call back at the end of the day. I found this odd because if the temp was rising, what difference would it make? I actually, gave it a full 24 hours and called back and she told me to call the home warranty company and have them re-called to my home. I did. However, instead of the prompt response I got the week before when they were hoping to get my business, I didn't get a call up to 24 hours later. So, I called back and Suzy claimed to not even be aware of the email I received the day before about them being re-called. She was also pretty rude and rushed me off of the phone because she was on her cell phone. I got a call back from her about 30 minutes later informing me that the claim had been cancelled by the warranty company and that I were not in their service area. (Huh?) She said they only came to me on Saturday because the warranty company asked them to. (Huh?) She told me the cancellation happened the day before which is odd because until I called her, she didn't even know it existed. When I called the warranty company back, I asked why it was cancelled and they said that Suzy transferred it to another company because they don't service Geothermal units. (Huh?) I'm not sure why she told me something different but I will say that after they came to my property, they treated me totally different than when they were vying for me to pick them over another company.
Very unprofessional, in my opinion.
